Fried Minced Meat with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
- 300g minced meat (I use Pork minced meat)
- 7 pcs garlic
- 5-6 slices ginger (for about 4cm long each)
- 1 tbsp of seasoning ( I use Maggi Secukup Rasa)
- 1 tbsp of Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 stalks of Spring Onion (Optional)
* Fried in low heat to prevent meat from charring
