Hello, You inspired me in skimboarding. Yesterday i ordered a wooden skimboard to skimboard at sea. Im really hyped about it
sick dude. skimboarding is such a fun hobby but for ocean/sea skimboarding you'll definitely want to invest in a fiberglass/carbon fiber board eventually, woodens aren't particularly meant for waves but you can still rip it up on flatland skimming. I wish you luck man I've been skimboarding for around a year now and its fun. I started off my first few months on a wooden board then I upgraded and bought myself a zap board for around 300$ and it was the best decision I've made.
@@justluke8529 I would invest in a fiberglass/carbon fiber board but I don't have much money. Next year I hope I will have the money to buy an carbon fiber board.

Cara, pratico skimboarding há algum tempo. Tenho muito inveja de quem pode praticar em sununga. Onde que faço é uma merda. Muito vento. Aqui o vento chega até 29km/h. Fica impossível de dropar. O máximo que dá para suportar são uns 14km/h. Vi que por aí o vento chega a 5km/h. Um paraíso.

@@JMBBrasil I’m more of a surfer than a skimmer but it’s pretty obvious how talented and stoked the entire Brazilian community is about reaching the peak of professional board sports. And everyone is stoked, and that’s what it’s all about. As an American we kind of want to look cool instead of rip the hardest, we’ve definitely lost that hunger that Brazilian riders have going on

Cool to see all the run-ups and drops. I saw a lot clips of this spot and most of the time they don't show the run-up. Sometimes I thought, how did Lucas get into this wave? Did he even skim or did he paddle in? So it's cool to see the whole clips here.
Of course I enjoy to see some shuvs and 360s. But the more interesting part to me is how did you get there in first place :)
This beach is called Sununga, in the city of Ubatuba, state of São de Paulo. It is one of the most beautiful and at the same time dangerous beaches in the city. On days when the sea is rough, it is impossible to surf. There are more than 100 beaches in the city of Ubatuba, it is a paradise on Earth
