Hello friend. I have baleno delta petrol 2020 model. Its time to change coolant. I brought 1 ltr Go mechanic coolant green colour (old coolant is green ) from Amazon. I had last year's remaining 1/2 ltr bosch green coolant which I used for my RS200 bike.Can I pour this coolant with Go mechanic coolant in my car.
Please check the consistency/ physical appearance of both the coolants... Like thickness and impurities.. Because sometimes mixing two brand coolants can cause the coolant to become powdery (amorphous) form which can block the radiator lines. Also do compare the ingredients of both the coolants..

Thank you for your comment, you have to change the coolant at every 20,000 kms or 2/3 yrs of time which ever comes first for better maintenance of the cooling system... For the coolant as per the car models the capacity may vary model to model.. so check your owners manual and see what is the capacity of the coolant to be used.. and for better convenience you can use pre mix OAT coolant for Delhi brand or wurth brand... Total distilled water to be used is 3 big bottle of 5L capacity for full flush.
@@mdabdulmoiz for radiator flushing you can use a pipe and tap running water just for pressure flushing inside of radiator (by removing the lower hose pipe ) and run the water from radiator cap on top untill the water coming out is clear.. but as soon as you finish flushing you should plug all the hose pipe back tighten it with clamp and fill distilled water and start the engine and keep it idle for few minutes this step will remove all the dirt from cooling jackets and heater core ... Run the engine untill it gets hot.. later on remove the water (either by loosing the lower hose pipe or drain plug given in radiator on either side) and then finally you are good to go with brand new coolant.
In the beginning we should turn the AC also ON or only keeping the blower to high is fine ? And after putting the new coolent and distilled water, should we start the engine keeping the blower to high or not necessary ?
keep the blower on with temperature on high. turning on the AC is optional :). And after filling with new coolant keep the car start upto 10mins and keep an eye on the reservoir tank.. fill it with coolant if required..

Reservoir stores the extra amount of coolant if there is shortage of coolant in radiator then this will help balance the coolant amount. 3. Yes RO water can be added with ratio 70 % of water and 30 % coolant as per Indian weather conditions. 4. Turning on heater in Indian variant of car is not necessary as the coolant will still flow through heater core via water pump equipped in engine.
@@sjsmoto2308hi, My i10 magna reservoir was totally empty. I added abt 250ml, and the level touched near LOW. not FULL. so did you mean to say that 300ml is the reservoir capacity till LOW mark?
@@FirstAnalyst bro my reservoir holds 300 ml of max line capacity... It might be the reason your reservoir tank must be bigger size than what I have in my car...that's model to model different

Yaar , mere mechanic ne mere naye radiator mein naye coolant ke saath RO ka Jo local can water aata hai Woh bhar diya. 😢 So now I am thinking of draining all that water and flushing with more water to see did he clean everything properly , when I check the water colour quality I will know that thanks to your video , and then fill it up with new coolant with proper distilled water. What do you think bro should I do that or am I overreacting and RO water is fine? 😢

Bro I bought maple 1:4 concentrate coolant, does that mean 1 ltr coolant 4 ltr water ? Also, I think my car does not have a thermostat valve, is that fine for a few months?
Bro yes it is 1 litr of coolant with 4 litr of water, and thermostat is very much important for any climate. Because it helps to maintain the engine temperature . I would recommend you to install one as soon as possible whenever you have time for the garage visit.
1) Hose pipes check kariye kbhi kbhi theek se tigh na hone pe leakage hojata hai 2) radiator ko niche se check kijiye rusting ki wajah se kbhi kbhi leakage hota hai.. 3) Head gasket kharab hone pe coolant oil me mix hota hai agar oil me coolant mix ho raha hoga toh dipstick nikal ke check kariye jhag jhag sa dikhega (aisa bahut kam hota hai but fir bhi check karwa lena chahiye agar leakage na ruke toh)
Total capacity meri i10 ki 4.7 Litres hain.. Jisme 70% Water and 30% Coolant add kiya tha.. Roughly Bolu toh 1.5 litre Coolant dala aur baki ka distilled water :)

open the radiator cap ( make sure engine or coolant is not much hot) then Squeeze the upper and lower hose pipe gently. And let the engine run on idle for few minutes.

डिस्टिल वॉटर बिल्कुल भी नुकसान nahi करता है। बल्कि कंपनी खुद सलाह देती hai इस्तेमाल करने के लिए।
