Here you will learn how to make this handmade swing wheel photo frame.This is a personalized rotating photo frame. A picture of a happy, a touching moment. A few inches of space, an eternal memory. I have tried to simplify the steps into 4 parts. Hope you guys will like this video and try making it yourself.
