Tbh she only needs to cast twice to be useful, shojin usually guarantees this second cast. Although LDR+IE+GS is better if your board can just hold until that point anyways. (More dmg and countered 14.8 meta threats like gnar.)

I havnt played in a minute but normally you never want Shojin on someone with a long cast time like Kaisa she's standing there shooting for ages which isn't generating any mana, you want shojin on characters that have instant cast and start building mana right after without any delay
