Morning, Otis. The morning is treating me well and I have my coffee. Your doc is absolutely great and I thought it was magic. His story telling is something special. His rendition of "Angel from Montgomery" is classic. Todd is a true troubadour, in my humble opinion, and like greats such as Cowboy Jack and Guy Clarke he seems to try to pass it along. And, Weird id Normal. Todd's great and so are you. May the Circle Be Unbroken.

Happy Birthday, Amy!!! Good morning! Yes, I saw the Todd Snider doc when you did it. I thought was great. Saw it a couple times and enjoyed it. I will watch it again. I’ll practice my guitar today, honest. Still trying to get my neighborhood squirrels to eat peanuts!
Will watch it for sure. Hey, the footage of the squirrels is fantastic. Your sense of setting up this vlog ie the voice over with the images is impeccable. The early images of the cats on your Victoria styled couch with the tape recorder are similar, just refreshing however simple. You have a good eye and your message is why you have a healthy following IMHO.

That Todd Snider documentary is one of the best pieces I've seen in a long time. It lets Todd shine as he is, and it has a raw feel to it that makes it real.
As far as practice and doing things, I fall back on this piece of wisdom: "Know one thing, know 10,000 things. Everything is connected."

The Todd doc is great. I’ve watched a couple of times. I hope I’m not being too corny or whatever but I think your projects succeed because your goals are simple and pure. I’ve never gotten the notion that you were some guy trying to make a fortune or that you were trying to present yourself as someone that you’re not. Your tag line could be “this is me. Take it or leave it.” That’s a rare and great attitude.
