It's gotta be a bug on the PC side if it only happens when crossplay is enabled. I saw a PC user have the same issue but he had to close the port down completely and reopen to fix. I tried to close app and reopen but it didn't work. Then I found this video and it made sense. I would run into at least a few bugs a day while crossplay was enabled. When I switched it off to fix this bug I haven't had one since.
I had some beers and tried out the new season last night and thought I was too stupid to figure this out but now I see this is Blizzards fault. thanks for the help
If Crossplay is already deactivated, you can activate it, save changes, deactivate it save changes and it will work. Strange bug!

Didn't work for me. Hmm. Annoying bug. Edit: I logged to another character and then back into my seasonal one, now it works.
