This time, we visited DCS, the importer! A home-use electric grinder that can handle espresso grinding perfectly! We also had the opportunity to extract with a commercial espresso machine.
Commercial grinders easily exceed half a million yen, but this one is strictly for "home use" and priced around 200,000 yen. The quality is amazing! 😊
This level of grinder hasn't really existed before, so I think it could be an option for general users or small cafes!
Previous home-use electric grinders claimed they could grind for espresso, but in reality, the espresso would be weak, lacking viscosity and intensity. With the Philos, both viscosity and intensity were superb!
