I have to say that the words are incredible. You can feel everything. I know that everyone's music and words will evoke their emotions, their feelings... but this song is unrealistically close and beautiful to me. Thank you.
Let me start by saying that I’m a fan of the bands output from many years ago, with that said I’ve listened to about half of the new album, and I am mesmerized by it, this music is more relevant to the current climate then anything I’ve heard by any other band. I will end by saying GARBAGE is alive and well in 2021.

I’m willing to agree it’s better but I strongly disagree with anyone that thinks strange little birds is not a good album..
I didn’t care for Strange Little Birds at all except for maybe Empty and a couple other songs. This album is MUCH better.

It’s interesting when you look up professional reviews/ratings for each album there is only a subtle average difference between all the albums.

I don't know the real meaning of this song or the inspiration behind it, but I quite often end up relating to it a lot, I catch myself listening to this track and wondering about how much I fucking hate the town I currently live in ATM. Yes, even one of the most revolutionary bands ever fails to sound original now. Their old stuff sounds like the future that will never come.
@@ipiap Yea i think the promblem is they try to hit the "Zeitgeist", We all want to hear good music, great riffs, but today its all about political correctnes. Thats not any more the band that recorded "Push it" or "Metal Heart" Its a censored version of Garbage as we loved them. And not even in their lyrics, its in the Music itself. An electronical album? Did they forgot how to play an instrument?
I felt the same way with the newest Tool album.
Garbage fan since debut however I must say I'm on the fence about this album. I'm happy their voicing their opinions more so on different topics but I miss their old stuff. Bleed Like Me - was good and I suppose Strange Little Birds. But Umm....
( I'm probably gonna get a lot shit for this - oh well! LoL! )
