Here's what would have (probably) happened in episodes V to nqZ:
V:
Q gets angry and tries to attack E only to be defeated.
E defeats M, P, R, and S (and also steals their gems except R's); and he uses the colon gem on a tree to attract M and F.
D bites E, and E ends up killing D while wounding B.
E takes P away.
V is needed to spell "JAVELIN".
W:
W gets scared by fake E.
JAVELIN is used to kill Fake E.
Fake E turns out to be P.
N has a nightmare.
X:
E fights X like F fought X in the original lore, but just as X is about to die, S sacrifices himself and dies instead.
Y:
Y says her name normally. She and X don't enter the cave yet.
W gets scared and leaves the cave.
F, G, J, M, N, Q, R, and V enter the cave.
N and Q get the gems to defeat E.
"ACQUAINTANCE" is spelled.
X and Y enter the cave.
N and Q find the question mark gem in a box.
nqZ:
l and o bully "acquaintance".
n and q get bullied.
e spells the "fart" equivalent
l and o make e spell "hate"
The letters (except g, n, p, q, s, y, and z) beat up e.
n and q are unable to stand up for e (q at least tries to do so but is dragged away by l and o).
l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, and x get their gems.
e goes into his cave and cries out the question mark gem.
Z says his name sadly.
