What I Cook For My Family in a Day in South Korea/ Healthy, Balanced Toddler Meals/Fitness Meals

Homemade Spam:
Ingredients
500G ground pork
5G salt or for saltier one up to 7g
7g Sugar/allulose
15g corn starch/potato starch
1TSP Minced Garlic (or whatever spices you want. We like to keep it plain since tha babies prefer plain spam)
1tsp Black Pepper (or more based on how you like it)
50G water
Directions:
1) take 500g ground pork and 50g of water and put in a bowl mix it up well and make sure to smash the pork very well to get it smooth or you can use a hand blender to blend it up really well to get a smoother spam closer to store bought
2) add the rest of the ingredients and mix a little bit. If you over mix it the corn starch will harden and make the spam less smooth, so just mix until fully incorporated.
3) Get whatever glass containers you want to fix the shape into totalling 600ml.I use 4 small 150ml glass square containers. Push the pork into it very well to make sure there are no air bubbles. It hslpe to get a spoon and smash it down into every corner of the containers.
4) grab a steamer or like i did with a pot and a small cooling rack inside and steam for 40 minutes.
5)Cool and then take out and prepare however you like! I prefer pan searing it~~ So good!

Ok that spam hack is genius! I’ll have to try it out for a healthy alternative. It’s so nice to see you all having a variety of healthy meals and not the easy junk that so many people get accustomed to. I’ve been trying to redo my way of thinking with food to more whole food oriented. Keep up the good work!
Seriously! I want to try it out! And store can Spam are way too salty even the 25% low sodium is still pack with salt!
Some people eat that easy junk cause that’s all they can afford financially and time wise.
@@KrisC849 I find spam expensive that's why I don't buy it often. She literally produced x4 worth of spam with 500g pork. Ground pork is cheap too. It's a great and healthier alternative. Time wise I agree with you although home cooked meals always take time.

I mean no harm when I say this!! I have never seen someone look so strong that I have been jealous of. I need my arms like that. I need my whole body to slim down! TMI- had a doctor's appointment 2 days ago and the results put me on meds. I have lost weight within the last month though. I know what I need to do, and I know how to do it, I just need my fxxx it personality to get on the same page as my I need this done attitude!

Same here, my doctor told me that my daughter is a super taster that's why she eats in the manner she does. In the pass i've given her appetite stimulants out of desperation. Inspite of all of that she's a healthy 10 year. I just make sure to give more bland fruits ,veg ect .

i have so much respect for what you do to maintain your physical health and improve physical condition. This is inspiring. And you can see the effects ln you, you are very active. And the discipline and motivation. My grandparents are also very active in their youth and in their old age 88 they have still perfect memory and can do very much anything at that age(of coarse still with caution because of natural human biological cycle) but they are definitely much more active than those who works at the office all sitting not to much exercise and just sleep the exhaust body. I am glad i grew up in the farm with them. The farm life, the fresh veg and fruits that sometimes can be taken for granted and let them on the ground to rot lol. You will miss them when you leave the province and live in the city.. ok this is a lot of story lol
