GIANT 50% SCALE RC De Havilland TIGER MOTH BIPLANE [*UltraHD and 4K*]
John Greenfield's Tiger Moth looks majestic in the air and that's before he has even switched on the smoke which makes it look even more exquisite as it performs beautifully executed stall turns above the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at the East Kirkby Large Model Association Show.
The model first flew in 2011, has a wingspan of 4.3 metres, length of 3.1 metres and and weight of 55 Kilogrammes. This model is 50% scale and is powered by a 384cc twin inline petrol engine.

Another superb video. I remember the Ghost Squadron back in the 90's when they would fly a pulse jet at shows......... Arrrrgh memories lol 😄

Don't see many pulse jets now do we. So noise conscious in this country. I've only seen them fly at Weston Park Show. Well worth a visit. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)

I thought all Tiger Moths were dual control. Unless it is a visual delusion, it seems the model is single cockpit.
