- I’m playing Tell Me Why (Dontnod’s new game) these days, so of course I can’t resist digging into the music. 😄 This is a cover of the song that appears in the Chapter One Launch Trailer. Turns out it’s lots of fun to play on guitar!

The third and final chapter/episode of Tell Me Why will be out in just a few hours, so I better finish Episode 2 (I haven’t played a game on launch day in forever)... I’ve really enjoyed the game so far, though. The obvious comparison is Life is Strange, but I do think it’s got quite a different vibe to it, even though the themes are pretty similar.
Speaking of the ol’ classic, I’m still working on my original song about Life is Strange 1, Episode 4, and we’re finally getting close to the finish line. Stay tuned and as always, thanks for listening! :)

Finally finished playing Tell me Why with my best friend Anna. I waited with watching your video or any other related stuff until we finished playing it to avoid any spoilers.
All I can say is...WOW. For the scenery, love for details, characters, story, nostalgia and atmosphere, this was much, much more than a small intermezzo from Dontnod and it somehow had much more LIS vibe than LIS2. I didn't really know what to expect and I'm kinda blown away. (also by the fact it runs perfectly on my 2013 mid-range computer haha)
And this is one HELLA fantastic cover! Love the arrangement, the vibe and the sound. Stellar production too. One of your best arrangements yet.Tabs? :)

Hi there, could you give me a hint about how this is payed or at least in which tuning? I'm trying to figure it out but I'm kinda stuck, I can't find a way that lets me play it so fluently. So So far I'm trying half step down and the first arpeggiated chord seems to be X5303X, but the second one then X1303X ...And this means a change of position, which makes it impossiblle to let the notes ring. Or maybe you just have huge hands so you can play the 3rd frets with your middle and ring finger - But I'm trying on my short scale travel/sofa acoustic and already struggeling. Heeelp! :)
Oh man, it's been a while since I recorded this, but you got me curious and I just had a look at the original session to figure it out.
I'll try to explain it without a tab, it's a little weird. If you're a half step down, you put a capo on 3 and then the chords (relative to the capo) are basically: 770X0X -- 370X0X -- 570X0X -- 57060X. The way it's arpeggiated is by playing the strings in the order of E, D, A, B for the first three chords, and E, D, A, G for the last one. Hope you can make sense of that!

What game is this?
It is Tell me Why, a story about twins which plays in Alaska. It is it's own IP but has many LiS vibes (mystery and supernatural) and is from Dontnod who made Life is Strange.
God I hope life is strange 3 looks like this. Or better. Also, I hope it’s about MAX and CHLOE. That was the problem with number 2. Along with a few others.

LiS never had it written anywhere that it will be just about Max and Chloe. I agree that LiS2 had some problems but damn... their story is over since the Farewell episode... (which was 3 years ago)
