  • Moy Tai Chi promotes the flow of energy and vitality for optimizing wellness in the body. The 108 moves are designed to help support the structure of the body to find balance through the whole body movement patterns in a way that creates flow through the meridians as well as the circulatory system, the breathing, the lymph flow, and more. This video is not to be used to teach you to do the set, but to support you to remember the moves. You want to learn a movement pattern and then work to remember it with ease and flow on your own. You can watch the 108 lessons that were shared online to learn more about specific moves - see the separate playlist, as well as go through the movement patterns found in this series. Be patient, relax with the moves, and listen to your body. There is a lot of wisdom gained by breathing deeply and letting the movements guide you to balanced structure.
