Bed bound in so much pain and exhausted, I was going through so much grief, but I had to paint!

Wow, one year ago today since I painted this piece. I remember having to be propped up in bed to paint it. Bed bound in so much pain and totally exhausted, I was going through so much grief, but I had to paint! I had to let it all out! Still one of my favourite paintings to date. I love this scene (and song) from The Rocky Horror Picture Show and wanted to capture the emotion of it. 'Cause I've seen blue skies, through the tears in my eyes.'
