I'm a sort of regular customer at the guitar shop where the bassist works, and according to him, Ronni has 1 cm or something between the string and the fret at the 12th fret. That's pretty fucking insane.

@Channel450 *It's all about the sound his amp makes. That shit has nothing to do with guitar skills. Impressive yes, but that is 90% amp/pedalbox magic, 10% guitar skills.
Har vært fan av TNT og Tekrø siden jeg var trettenåring. Det var ikke mye som imponerte meg her. Tekrø er en av verdens desidert beste gitarister, men om dette skal være en opptreden i gitarspill i verdens klasse så feilet han totalt.
I am a fan of Ronnie but this is OK...no more. He is showing his Hendrixian-Floyd side to some extent. He is more trying to create some moods and atmosphere than anything else. He is usually very crisp on CD. Great vibrato and great sound usually. Great singer too.
He's always been one of my idols on guitar. But this solo sounds like a beginning guitarist messing around with his new equipment & experimenting with his cool new toys. Ronnie is a way better guitar god then this solo shows.
Always been a huge TNT fan from day one… but sorry, this wasn‘t very impressive after all. I guess he is much better at playing his amazingly well composed solos and breathtaking riffs than at wild noodeling. Didn‘t care too much about his sound either which on the records I find absolutely awesome.
It's him, his hands, and guitar that gel as one to complete a wonderful KICK ASS solo.
Few living guitarists can match him! Ronny is the best!

Jammed to intuition as a young guitar player and his playing is fast but that solo there was pretty awful.
