I was tempted to going to LA for my first US visit ever, the plane tickets from Sweden to LAX is unusually low for some unknown reason. But the accomodation prices made me change my mind...couple days of hotell is more expensive then flying back and forth from Sweden to the west coast. Even the cheap dodgy hotels are expensive AF...:( Need to get rich first unless I wanna camp at Skid Row,
@@WandererNirvana Yeah, for sure. Rest of the US seems to have pretty expensive accomodations aswell, even if not as extreme as LA for example. Checked out both the mid west and the deep south, but hard to find anything decent under 100$ a night even in those areas of the nation. Anyways, have a nice day sir.
@@intedinensak453 Yeah I happened to be looking at this yesterday, the app called Booking. That’s one reason why I always travel to Asia or Latin America.
@@WandererNirvana Same site I was looking at yesterday aswell :) For 40-50$ you can get an empty camping spot, 60-70$ a tent or a tiny trailer off the beaten path in Wyoming or something lol... Latin America I never visited, but Asia has the best value for accomodations for sure. The plane tickets there are crazy from Sweden though, like 100% price increase since I last flew there. Even the low season flight tickets to SE Asia are very expensive...dunno what is going on with them weirdo prices .
