I'm sorry. But Adam West deserves the #1 spot on this list. His charm as the OTT version of himself was brilliant acting at its absolutely absurd best. I'll never forget when he had a Lite Brite set on his desk and the S and T were missing from his last name. "Nobody messes with Adam We."

Adam West and Seth McFarlane had a very high mutual respect for each other. Seth's tribute to Adam's passing was very touching.
Honestly, even if the show can be hit and miss, I respect how many actors appreciate and can laugh at their own expense. Class act for most of them

The thing with Adam West is that there are countless non family guy related interviews and cameos in which he acts pretty much as eccentrically as on Family Guy....Such an amazing guy.
You can tell how secure someone in with themselves when a tv show makes fun of them, regardless of how famous or rich they are.
The fact that you don't have to know about Star Wars to enjoy Family Guy's parody is how a parody is done right.

That's a good point actually. I don't really thought about that. I never really liked Adrian brody. But that is an interesting point to bring up there yeah. Well he's obviously one of those butt hurt celebrities that are very fragile and can't be made fun of.
Damn that that Rush Limbaugh though. man I grew up hating everything that Rush Limbaugh stood for and never even once bothered to read a book of his or listen to him or his radio broadcast and it was that episode that actually made me have a huge level of respect and acknowledgment for Rush Limbaugh I think he's a hilarious dude. Isn't that nice? We can be on opposite ends of the political spectrum and still be friends? Somebody should tell congress. Or maybe we shouldn't cuz then if that gets out? chaos.
Limbaugh told McFarlane, "Your people are going to give you a lot more crap about this than mine will." And, according to McFarlane, he was right.

I never knew seth MacFarlane was writing for johnny bravo. It would be fun for johnny bravo to appear in family guy. Maybe as glen quagmires oldest son, since they are pretty similar in personality, johnny was in his twenties in his cartoon and quagmire is now in his sixties, so johnny would be in his forties in that episode. he is angry at quagmire for leaving him and his mom alone. Quagmire says that he has multiple kids like that, making johnny bravo even angrier, causing them to discuss about relationships.
I'm thinking Hanna Barbera would be far too uptight to go for that kind of collab.

Rush Limbaugh was asked why he would agree to do a show like Family Guy when he knew full well they would poke fun at him. Rush responded that if you can’t laugh at yourself you haven’t figured out how to live life yet. Good attitude.

Lliam Neeson has a great sense of humor. I was at an offical NYC Irish Heritage Night event at City Hall and he was presented with an award (he actually does a lot of charitable stuff). He comes up, says he has a speech; fumbles arounf in his pockets for a folded slip of paper, fubmbles around for his glasses and fusses putting them on, fumbles around unfolding the "speech"; adjusts his glasses, moves the sppech back and forth to get it into focus; and says "Ah! Thanks!" and walks off stage ;-p
I love seeing celebrity parodies on Family Guy. Enough said.

Imagine getting to a point in your life where you get offended by a cartoon taking the mick out of you, oh yeah it’s 2022, people get offended at the grass being green….I think if your mentioned in these shows, you should feel honoured that your that in the public spotlight enough to be recognised and even worthy of a mention. Fair play to all that took it as it was, a joke.
Same issues with South Park. It’s a badge of honour.

I agree with the Palin’s, that did cross the line in my opinion. That being said comedy is meant to be uncomfortable and I also stand behind Family Guy for airing the joke.

The bit targeting Sarah Palin really did cross the line. I have a handicapped child and while I can share a lot of funny stories about him and raising him, the fact that he wasn't born normal isn't something that is funny. And regardless of what you think of Palin, there are certainly 100 different angles you could have taken that would have been just as funny, without feeling insulting to other parents of handicapped children.
Family Guy is the Weird Al of the TV industry.

There was an episode of Doctor Who that took place in the old west. The British actors did a good job with their American accents except for the few times where they used the British pronunciation of a few words. One example when one of the cowboys asked if the stagecoach was coming the cowboy replied "Yes, the stagecoach is right on "sedual" instead of schedule.

I am a huge family guy fan and think alot of the digs at celebrities is justified but to use a 2 year old with downs syndrome as the butt of the joke is a bit to far I think sarah had every right to be pissed that's her baby they used in a joke aimed at her any parent would be angry it just makes it worse that downs was used

One of few guest I think Seth should not have had on his show was Rush. I mean this is a guy who mocked people dying of AIDS. Besides that error in judgement I will say I love Seth Macfarlane and his shows and voice.
