    Very nice Mladen! I watched previous presses you made - the 25 briquettes makers. All these are really suitable with waste paper. I also love this one. I would definitely try to make one like these two. All the best!

    I think the 3x press is the best thing I've seen from you. Quick and efficient. Have you thought of putting the briquettes on chicken wire trays on a rack to dry? Also might a different cam shape work better with the 3x press? So that you have maximum pressure when you need it but can also use the same pistons to press the briquettes out?

    • @Mladen365
      @Mladen365 Před 7 lety +1

      Check my videos and you will see that i have best dryer for briquettes ever build,i can easily dry briquettes in winter,the longer the lever is more press power you get,bigger briquettes you need longer lever,i anyway make this press for my niece and nephew to play,there is many ways you can make briquettes and any shape you can imagine,i enyoy every time i make briquettes,10-15000 i make per year,in that my drying box i put 500-600 briquettes to dry at once,greeting

    • @Mladen365

    • @Mladen365
      @Mladen365 Před 7 lety

      Hi,finally i have time to send you some measure,each chamber is 10x10x10 cm,4 and 8 chambers are no problem,it is easy to make,if you go higher than you have more pistons to make and everything else,it took me two whole week to make 25 briquette press,second part is metal plate that is on the top of press,dimension has to be wide and long as your chambers are,under the pistons you will put hidraulic jack,i use 5t jack,and last is to make a strong frame to car jack will sit on,for chambers to make you can use square metal pipe and cut to lenght of 10cm,you weld chambers side by side and that is all,so chambers 10x10x10,metal plate on top for 25 briquette press i use plate 50x50cm,pistons has plate that can fit into chamber it will push mix and compress,for frame you can use any profile you have,if you need anything else mail me,greeting
