- Snowmobiling MLK weekend 2024 in Michigan! Day 1 of riding this weekend and day 4 overall on the season. Footage from our ride on 01/13/2024.
My brother, his fiancee, my girlfriend, and I decided to ride up to to East Jordan for lunch. We took LP4 out of Lakes of the North, followed by LP4LP76 to LP4 the rest of the way, and taking the same route back. We ate at Foundry Craft Grillery. The food was good but LP4 north of Chestonia was riddles with swamp and wet spots. Overall, we rode about 75 miles today.

Nice refresh of snow in the middle of your ride! Gotta ride when you can, can't have a hanger queen and wait for the 12+ inch UP snow.
Couldn't agree more! Luckily, this was just the beginning and we would get another ~10" by the end of the weekend.
Nothing but snirt. Pass. I live in the U.P. and this season is straight garbage here and we average 100"+
This certainly has been a down year. Still hoping for some good snow in February.
@@matthew_wenzel I couldn't agree more. I've got a new (to me) 850 that I bought last month with 1,600 miles on it that I've only ridden around my yard so far. Just hoping that I can get one decent 3-day ride on it this season with my buddies.
@@JeffGeorgalas Unfortunate you haven't been able to ride it much. Hopefully you get some good snow near you soon!
At this point, with no trails open within 1000 miles, I’d take these trails in a heartbeat!!
