Skyros got a silent Nerf. It dies faster in the ball mode.
I know because I have been using Skyros ever since it came out with that pilot.
i think the weapons are just stronger, i had the same feeling in my fenrir
it might even be defense points as a whole, maybe they silently reworked them and it just made some bots a little worse?
Invader also suffers this fate even in lower leagues where nobody quite has upgraded equipment, so it's not the weapons just being stronger.
i don't think its to do with the skyros itself as much as defense points in general. Fenrir, Skyros, Invader (all 3 i use) feel a lot more squishy lately i don't run mender but it might be worth checking on that one as well as any of the "defense points gained" drones

@@inftriangle I run Mender on one of my alts, and honestly, there doesn't seem to be much difference. It might be the fact I'm in the Gold League having to deal with the Chinese players, or maybe it's just how I play it.

1:50 i think it will shine more with br or dom mode because of the defenses you can get in capturing beacons.
it also depends on the map considering how close-range these weapons are.
The setup would work very poorly on Yamantou, for example.

This is random but I have a random robot idea that I just wanna put out there:
Name: Deciever
Passive: Energy shield with durability similar to the Lynx.
Ability: Decieve: Similar to the Loki's ability, it has two modes. 7 second cooldown.
The first form (base) allows you to fire with a high passive damage boost (25-50%) and increases defence by a moderate amount (10-20%) as well as a small speed boost (5-10%).
When the second form is toggled, immediately put down a teleport marker (Similar to the the Phantom) and grants a 3-4 second stealth and a massive speed boost (50-150%), as well as convert the color of the robot's hp to the color of the enemy team (it will also disable auto targetting). Similar to stealth, when the robot fires, immediately disables the color change of the hp bar and increases damage by a moderate amount (15-25%). After 1 second a teleport will also be granted to return to the previously marked location (This will only show when the player have fired. If not, the ability will only be the toggle to the first mode). Or, if the player ceases fire for a prolonged period of time (5-10) seconds) reactivates the color change of the hp bar and removes the damage buff.
Hp: A bit less than the average hp, like 20% or 30% more than Crisis's hp.
Loadout: It will have 2 medium and 1 Heavy weapon, as well as a built in weapon that only activates in the Decieve ability. When activated, blinds a target of choice instantenously (Similar to the Pathfinder) within a moderate range (0-300) for 2-3 seconds. This weapon can only be used once per ability. This blind is only a blind, and it will do no damage nor any other special effects other than blind.

6:18 great idea manni 😂. I also think they should buff shield durability, and it only regenerates in ball form as well. Do this as well as the ‘legs damaged’ immunity and it would move WAY higher in the rankings
Manni, you forgot an important Skyros trick...while in ball mode you can push a teammates slow brawler (Behemoth, Fenrir, Revenant...) to a beacon! Now you have a brawler quickly guarding an important beacon!
Pushing doesn't work properly anymore. Too many snipers complaining about being pushed off their perch. (Ask me how I know🌬️💨)

The shai drone is actually way better than the armadillo because you just have to deal dmg to get resistance instead of getting kills plus you have a built in last stand so

he use to get perks from pixonic for promoting war robots.
Power cells for the first year or so as they came out with active modules were ridiculously easy to pile up and farm, plus the general era of the game didn't require you to spend nearly as many phase shifts or advanced repairs in order to compete against meta. Manni's personal account was also in the creator program for the longest up until just a few months ago, so there's even more benefits.
I have 1.6 million powercells and I have never directly bought any of them. I have gotten them all through the black market chests.

Definitely see more of these in champion league. A counter I use for them is Erebus with viper. The blackout + Dot works well enough even in ball form…assuming no anti control lol. Great video Manni!

Try fengbao lynx. It's a killer if you have skills
No skills needed, just be sure to stay in 100m range and teslas will do the rest for you

Manni, you should do a video where you show setups that need skill and setups that don't need skill at all. Cause some people think p2w is a total apex predator move which in this game i guess it is...
The only problem with the Skyros right now is lag, every time I unfold it lags and I end up dead without even dealing damage to anyone, I run the Skyros with the sonic weapons and they require a lot of precision which is impossible with lag. So sad

Those weapons on an imugi are disgusting. With the kestrel drone and nitro unit or immune amplifier after a few kill you go as fast as the wind + you have stealth + you repair grey hp everytime you fly.

Was pascal nerfed? Was ultimate invader nerfed? One of the two was nerfed. My invader went from a tank to an easy kill for enemy.
I had the problem too, nowadays it seems big health has no meaning when every other bot can kill in a few seconds with weapons like these

@@decentintoboredom the best we can do is feed the entire slots with repair amplifier and add that armadillo drone and pray you don't get hit with anti-resistant weapons or that tamer trio weapons
