This is literally the 5th or 6th mini series I've seen with the same plotline but the dynamics of the leads are actually very good. Acting is mediocre for the casts but the lead characters really have good chemistry & are very likable which compensates for the bad/terrible overused plotline. ML did so well portraying his character.
People... Dear ones... A word of advice...
If 2 people with the same last name arrive in your department and one of them is the daughter of the richest man, treat them BOTH well.... It'll save you embarrassment and maybe even your job later!!! 😂😂😂

@angelaadjei4170 script writing got better I didn't skip parts at all. The actors and crew did brilliant work. will rewatch. g8 job on esp. FL plot. Subs were good for the most part.

I noticed that also.i was pleased the villains got a lot of slaps. Often the ones who do evil are left unpunished.
And take note of the girl who keeps insisting that she is the daughter of the richest man even in front of the richest man himself! And she keeps saying with a straight face that someone else is plagiarizing her even though the video shows that she is the one who did the stealing. 😂 Let’s hope this is fiction and there isn’t a Chinese out there who is like this terrible woman.
Yes, a 5 carat stone would be a minimum. And his suit for the wedding looks awful, not something a CEO would wear to his wedding. Her dress is nice but it’s an off the rack thing. Nothing custom made or with exclusive embroidery work that is befitting the daughter of the richest man.

Shows like this are frustrating. The adopted daughter was caught once and almost lost everything but the sister gave her a 2nd chance and she STILL schemed and plotted. Why do these women throw away their lives for men who don't care about them? How many times and different ways does the ML need to say go away? Even if you are no longer the eldest daughter you are still uber wealthy and still have loving parents - plus someone who could be a loving sister. That should be more than enough.
You're right, being grateful for what we have is very important, even when we lose things along the way; some people (not just women!) just don't have enough self reflection to see that they have some responsibility in certain outcomes (eg scheming/manipulation results in people not trusting you once you've been caught out) or equally that they have no control over other outcomes (eg other peoples feelings/decisions). Obviously this is a movie and the characters are fictious, but these types of people do exist and are usually identified by their overbearing sense of entitlement, intolerance of others (genuine) mistakes, and that anything that goes wrong is always someone else fault.

I really liked this version of the plot. The leads looked natural together and the story line kept my attention. The 3rd FL was a beast to take multiple slaps at the end 🤣. I was like damn!!! And a complete beautiful ending is a ➕...on to the next!!!
They don't actually connect with the face.....they just move in a way that makes it look like that....if you notice there is never any redness or finger prints that you would see if it was a really slap.....Song Hye Kyo took a real slap in "The Glory" from the evil 2FL, and you can see where he face goes red....it's the scene in the auditorium when they have the school assembly with all the students and the evil gang is there as well...

I love the FL and ML they are really smart and didn't fall into any traps. But they are masters at bugging people. I'd be paranoid around these two as recordings of plots always appear out of nowhere.

I really enjoyed this version of rich man's daughter drama. It's kind of backwards from the other versions I have seen, where the ML and FL already have a relationship before she enters the company. I also liked that the wicked got what they had coming to them. My only complaint is the FL was too stiff acting, as if just reading her lines for most of the drama. She was fairly emotionless to me. But all in all a really good drama with good ending. Worth watching!

I watched a lot of similar dramas about CEO, rich mans daughter etc.. but this one is so good.. the calmness of the lead characters and the art of scheming..
I liked this one, the FL i really cute and talented, her fiancé was very nice and even though he didn't know her identity he was nice to her. her real parents were decent and treated her well after finding her. entertaining for the enter time. the wedding was one of the best i've seen in not only these mini series, but for Chinese drama

I've seen this plot dozens of times this by far has to be the dumbest one yet. Dumb actors, dumb director, dumb script writer, dumb only one outfit, dumb cast, just dumb, dumb ,dumb all around. Dont waste your time, I wasted 5 minutes so you don't have to, you can think me later.😅

That poor security guard that is forced to marry the evil 3FL will probably get poisoned by her LOL...Great story ! Very interesting ! And the actors all did a great job....no abusive ML's, a couple of scheming women but they were dealt with....overall a good watch ! Thank you writers !

What kind of father is he? Seriously? Instead of siding his daughter, he chose to believe his adopted daughter. I'd rather not have a father like him.
What kind of parent automatically dismisses the claims of the child they raised for 20 years because of their biological child they've known a few months.
Someone who will always side with their biological child over their adopted child no matter what, shouldn''t adopt.
That's why the FL got over it so quickly cause that's a tough situation for a father.
2:20:53 so many times I've thought about the staff and servants of the main characters in these shows and their internal dialogue during all the shitty stuff they're ordered to do...this one...I can't even...the look on the poor guy's face...the arrogance of the one giving the orders
