Great for beginners, it helped me explain Netball to my six-year-old. Really nice simple graphics.
Normally I have little time for any sport, but have developed an interest and a curiosity about netball whilst watching a World Cup tournament. This video is EASILY the clearest and most helpful source of information I could find. I am in awe of players and umpires just for knowing and remembering all the rules!

I literally singed up for netball club in my school then Googled "how to play netball". Im so nervous because it's tomorrow at lunch time and i have no experience in it. Im also very short...so idk....

ive been in netball club for a number of weeks and tbh, im pretty rubbish at it. Next week we are going to show all of our skills to enter the league (and u have to be good to enter and theres too many of us). And me being super rubbish and wanting to do the netball league, idk what im gonna actually do. This has been helpful and informative, im also planning to go to the court tomorrow and practise. Hope i enter the league! 🙏

I was the same with soccer. No experience, didn't know the rules of the game. Trailed for the senior women's team at school, and somehow made A's (kind of equivalent to varsity in Australia). Learnt more and more from practicing and asking lots of questions. I played left back (last line of defence) and my team won the entire season undefeated, it was the first year women's football was an actual sport in my district. Videos like this help a lot.

i had zero experience and the next day i had netball trials for my school A netball team in 5th grade. i remember being so nervous. obviously i searched up how to play netball and this video really helped. i got into the A team! i played and i loved it. my team won every game. eventually i decided to trial for my district team. i got into the district team then trailed for met north, then nationals and then got into the queensland team (i live in Australia). it’s crazy how this video helped me lol.

I know I’m late, but if you play GK, always keep your eyes on the opposite GS. I have had so many times when I was starting out, when the GS was behind me, when I could have been in front marking. Good luck! Xx

I played netball for pretty much all of my high school time atleast once a fortnite. Im starting college in less then 3 weeks and i descided to sign up for netball however I needed a refresher as i haven't played it in quite a few months. This is really usefull thankyou!

I have recently started netball out of school. I’ve played netball before but not REAL games ( like with professional umpires and stuff). My first game was yesterday I played 2 quarters as WD and WA. I got the ball a few times but never got the ball off the person I was defending. When the umpire blows the whistle I don’t know where to go or what to do. My team probably hates me because I’m so bad. I don’t know if I should keep playing or not. My mum says I will get better but I don’t know when that will ever happen. I need advice.

Thx. I tried out for netball for pssa for school and there’s 2 weeks of tryouts so u can change sports if u want. Pssa is on fridays and last week was the first week and I kinda understood it. There was 2 groups, have played netball before and kno the rules, 2, don’t know the rules and haven’t played it so I went in group 2 and I was good at the passes and pivoting and my friend was too. I did training this afternoon with my Mum and I need work on jumping and moving to get the ball and shooting. Also I was out of the shooting line when our group played netball I was goal attack so thx I rlly want to get picked for the team I just need more training with my Aunty coz she’s rlly good at netball she did it in pssa on Thursday coz that’s when she doesn’t have work. Thx for teaching me the rules btw this isn’t my best grammar and English 😂
