The third question at 6 minutes, why would it be compressions and defib? Pretty sure it is compressions and advanced airway. The question does not state what rhythm he is in, assuming that he is in asystole, which is a non shock rhythm. CAB compressions, airway, breathing. Please explain if you could, thanks.

I believe the main point is that you don’t need an advanced airway for the patient unless indicated because you’ll usually only need a head tilt chin lift or an NPA or OPA. Plus you’ll need an AED either way since you need to have it analyze the rhythm and potentially administer a shock.
