I loved season one!! Maybe you just didn't understand anything about lord of the rings see I read all the books the cinematography in the series is phenomenal and also the orcs are one of my favorite parts of the show

If you read all the books you would have known they hardly stuck to the source material. Your reasoning is the same as any other consumer hungry for their goy slop: better to have some mediocre product than none at all.
