    Hey Jeremy.
    I think I’ve caught the hockey bug.
    I’m a ten year old girl, and I am dieing to play hockey. It’s been my dream for 2 years, And you have inspired me greatly. I’m not sure how to tell that I want to, because I’m not sure if my family will support me. I’ve saved up for the season and am working on the gear, I plan on getting used things. You are a huge inspiration along with pavel and nasher. Thank you for helping me with this journey and I also have your notifications on. I’m scared to tell my parent and have been putting it back. I’m not scared to play with the boys, as I have a couple of brothers. Just thank you.

      Claudia Davis well, I started at 32 & have played every winter & summer session for the last 15 yrs ... so much fun, just start! generally, the earlier you start, I think the smoother your skating will be. also shinny is a great way to start almost no equipment needed & u get the feel of it. since we may not be allowed on ice for a while now 🙁 you may want to try roller blades to get more comfortable skating. even tho I started very late, I played so much ball hky growing up that I had really good hands, so def get some ball hky balls & dryland puck to practice stick-handling etc. good luck & have fun!

    Jeremy thanks for your vids,you've taught me so much from shooting and raising the puck,to skating properly to get as much power from my strides.
    I'm waiting for all 3 of these vids to come out before I get an off ice puck,so thanks this is really helpful like most your videos :)

      Doesn't slide as well as the original but definitely more durable. We use it to practice one timers all the time

  • @The_Great_Whodini
    @The_Great_Whodini Před 4 lety +2

    The green biscuit roller hockey puck is the best hands down, its got the original biscuit feel, but it slides on concrete like a dream... Even when the nubs wear down its pretty much a green biscuit, street puck with double the lifetime. Also safe to shoot

    Loving this series! You should pick up an original smart hockey puck and add it to the reviews. It's a one-piece with loose weight inside to keep it flat, and diamond knurling on the edge like a real puck for grip. Would love to see how it stacks up with the green biscuits and smart hockey slider that you used in this video.

      @StillAliveAndKicking_ Před 4 lety

      Learn the basics of skating then get a skating coach, mine is a figure skater, figure skaters know how to control their edges. Practice stick handling off ice with cones and other aids. Practice shooting at a target in your garden. Then find a rink that does tuition for novices. It really makes a big difference to have someone explain stuff, and correct your technique. It takes years, but it is 100% worth it.

For instance, the Hummer only has two wheels working in the line of direction that it carries. Let us know when you plan on doing another vid. We would like to challenge the wayside. Cheers!
