All Commercial and Industrial fishing need to be outlawed. Let the seas and oceans return to their natural state. Allow only manmade lake fish farming to feed the masses.

First that would not be natural and secondly, rather sort out the blasting and dumping of chemicals in the ocean nothing about this is unnatural, snoek is a fast breeding species and is a high sorce of income to all local communities
