Many people thought that the two tiny cables were disconnected due to a shipping failure. In fact, this is the speed limit cable. When the cable is disconnected, the speed limit is lifted. If you accidentally connect these two cables together, your scooter will be speed limited. If you don't find these two cables, then you need to open the controller compartment to find it. That's assuming you've replaced the controller with a new one or connected the two cables together yourself. If you never changed the controller or touched those two cables, then your speed limit has nothing to do with the controller speed limit cable. Then you need to consider the display settings. The display settings are consistent with the method in this video
