That green has always cut better for me than the orange or yellow. I follow with polish on a blue pads and apply sealant with the red. If I use a polish on the green pad, I can usually get a good one step. Like Meguiar's M205 on the green.

Can i use the orenge pad with a mild cutting all in one, will it still give a good finish?
You can do a testspot, I think it will do some work, from here cannot decide for you if it will be enough
