My favourite movie. These ladies are inspirational. They held their heads high when no respect was shown. They proved their worth when their world did not value them and if not for them space exploration would not have happened. Talk about intelligence and grace. Hidden no more. This needs to be taught to all. Love love this movie.

And it took a bunch of men to get the story out there. This film is brilliant and highlights What's still happening now. There are still male dominated work places that don't have women's restrooms. Ever been on a construction site and had to build your own toilet block? Ever not been given a job in a workshop because they don't have a toilet you can use and it's a loop hole that's not considered sexist but really an excuse to not employ women? This still happens now in 2021, no matter your colour, women are still not there yet.😔

Yet where so many others overlook the underlying humanity and the universal declaration of the rights of man.

We need to start acknowledging accomplishments as united. We are the United States of America after all. This movie is obviously an overstretch, but Tuskegee Airmen was a good movie in general, obviously they didn't have perfect records, and that's wrong to put in, but we have to stop pinning achievements to specific races or genders.
There are so many movies out there with female main characters that THOSE kinds of ideologies and movies have become mainstream. We are playing with the minds of the next generations by saying "this race needs more attention", "this race was superior", "You must give that man/woman something because of his/her race..." We need to do what Morgan Freeman says. "Stop calling me a black man and ill stop calling you a white man" To truly be united, we cannot blame all whites, say #KillAllMen, or call certain groups of people all fascists, racists, sexists, and homophobics. Once again, lets do what Morgan Freeman says, and "stop talking about it."
