Love how Queenslanders are so opened to sharing locations and fishing tips. Wish more NSW fisherman are like this. I see a lot of hate comments in the local fishing social media groups whenever someone shares a fishing location online in NSW.
Keep up the great content mate!

Hi thanks for watching...Theses places are only public spot that any one can go for a fish they are a guide, no secret spot by any mean and that's the point ppl dun understand. U want secret spot u got to do the miles to get the smiles. Don't know why some those toxic ppl wont allow others to fish a public beach, warf, jetty or ramp ect?? they dun own it.

@@buzzythaosadventures7580 100% I agree with you. A lot of the public fishing spots, the local fishermen are very unwelcoming and toxic to newcomers in NSW. A secret spot is a secret for a reason but public spots are for everyone!

    Hi mate,
when there are no good gutters or structure and fancy night fishing, the stinger nets are worth a shot.
They normally have schools of Hardy Heads, patches of Whiting, Mullet, etc around attracted by the bright spotlights.
Barra, Blue Salmo, Threadfin Salmon ad Grunter can be target species.
    Unfortunately sharks also.
    Regards
    Dave.

Crocs nowadays have been more then ever before in cairns so best stay clear. I go cast netting for bait but im risking my own skin and would not recommend any one to go in or close to the edge.
Some ppl even go swimming and they do get attacked🤨 stupid if u ask me dun no y u would go swimming in croc waters

Local tip. If you want to go catching (not fishing,) use burley. 5 to 8mm fish pellets mixed with tuna oil, drop it into slack water where you'll be fishing and give it ten to fifteen minutes to draw in some fish. If you can see where the tuna oil is drifting off, cast there. Also, this is important on our beaches and around our creeks and estuaries. DO NOT turn your back on the water when you're at the water's edge, and don't loiter at the water's edge. You didn't see a single saltwater crocodile in this video, but there would have been as many as half a dozen out of sight in the video you just watched. It's the one you don't see that will get you.
