Yes, I know what you mean. When someone is lazy, but willing to do the work, they are going to find the best method to make the process more simple. When this is the case, obviously you can earn more money because things are more efficient… What this Proverb is declaring is the heart of a person and willingness to work. You don’t work (so long as you are able), you don’t deserve to eat. Hope this helps ~
