This emotional performance reminds me of this passage in the Bible:
“But to what shall I compare this generation? It is like children sitting in the market places, who call out to the other children, and say, ‘We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not mourn.’ “For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon!’ “The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Behold, a gluttonous man and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ Yet wisdom is vindicated by her deeds.” (Matthew 11:16-19 NASB 1995)
Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that the point of gospel music is to help us to reconnect emotionally to the gospel message, because unless we do so, we cannot embrace the Messiah and His Father in the way we need to. We will not get to see the Father's face by merely mouthing words without fully engaging "all your heart, mind, soul, and strength" in a demonstration of love to the Father.
Looks like she is emotional but I understand because God stirs your spirit hence Holyspirit....
