When her voice cracked after “wife and a mom” knowing how many years she sat on that same set and denied herself of that, now seeing her become those very things is so incredibly beautiful. I’m so proud of her growth, always keeping it real, and never apologizing for the girl she used to be.

A good man will make you happy and things you wont necessarily do with one because of the care and concern of others you will come around to do what you thought was impossible. Mother hood is a beautiful thing and you should choose who you allowed to be your kids father. I wish Jennie all the best with her now husband and baby girl. If i was her i would not wait but try for another one as soon as possible , that is if it would be safe to do so.
This is a terrible take. She didn’t deny herself of being a wife when she was one. She didn’t deny herself of being a mom because she didn’t want that. Her life changed and she changed.

Jeannie really went through so much during this show, she ended a 10 year long mariage, had to endure racist comments, spoke on her sexual assaults and now she is happily married with a baby girl. Wow. Please keep up with her on "Hello Hunnay with Jeannie Mai"

I done seen Jeannie growing up on the fashion shows and the fact she’s from the Bay Area is a plus. She was insecure people pleasing back then and it’s the downfall of being a Capricorn ♑️ but to be in her forties and she her being herself? She didn’t sell her soul either and it’s refreshing to see!

Jeannie imo is the definition of expect the unexpected. I mean she didn't expect to fall in love again after her divorce but she did, She didn't expect to get married again but she did, she didn't expect to be a mom but she did. She's also def the one that has evolved the most. So happy for Jeannie. She's now a wife and mother...etc etc etc ❤️
Her journey is literally the most inspiring. She went through a rocky divorce, shared so much of her past life through funny stories aka pre-Jesus Jeannie 😂, she met Jeezy through the show, she said she’d never become a mom but did so after marrying the love of her life. I love Jeannie so much. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen an Asian person being represented on tv without stereotypes. She’s like a big sister to me and I’m so proud of her. I think she had the most growth on this show and it’s so nice to see her embrace her true self without feeling ashamed or dimming her light for others. I don’t think anyone will understand how the stories she shared on this show has impacted me. She has been through a lot and is brave enough to speak up about it in front of the world. It’s crazy how we’ve seen her go through her divorce, to meeting the love of her life Jeezy on this show and to now see her be a mother. I wanna thank her for keeping it real and for being a big inspiration ❤️

I think out of all the women on this show the one with the most growth was Jeannie. I love all the women on this show but Jeannie really blossomed into such a healthy whole human being. Life threw some hard stuff at her and she always remained graceful and real.
She has ever been afraid to speak her mind and I'm sure these are tears of joy of her personal transformation and in agreeing to come along the journey with the ladies. She should be proud!!
It’s cool that a decade of Jeannie’s life is kinda documented (all their lives, really) from where she started the show 9 years ago married to Freddie, not wanting children, having a different relationship with her mom, and now at the end she’s married to Jeezy, has a baby, and is in a better place with Mama Mai and a lot of the major struggles and downs and ups in between are things she’s openly spoken about on the show. Seeing where this chapter all started, and where the chapter is closing for all of them is awesome.

This letter is sooooo true. Jeannie was a people's pleaser and I felt bad for her because she was not appreciated enough even with all her efforts, I really Love her and her confidence right now 😰. I Love her and wish her all the best things in life❤️
True, she was a people pleaser and that’s why she was hard to believe. You cannot be authentic and be a people pleaser at the same time. I’m glad she discovered that and is growing.
@@ri934 I don’t think she was ever hard to believe. I think her being a people pleaser in the beginning just made her dim her own light in order for other people to be comfortable.
@@itsracheljanae That’s one perspective. It was not my observation. I felt like she flipped back and forth in her opinions, perhaps bc she was trying to please, as she said. She goes over the top to garner attention. That’s just who she is. It felt unauthentic and fake. The important thing here however, is that she recognized what was driving her and is growing. That’s always commendable.
You could see how insecure she was in season 1. So happy that she found her confidence.
I wish Loni could’ve been there in person. This show means so much to me. And to my mom. We started watching it together from the test season and it was something we talked about almost daily. This AND Wendy. “Did you see The Real today? And I was laughing when they said “X”. Both shows are ending and I feel like a chapter of my life is closed. My mom and I bond over a million other things, but this was something that was in our lives daily. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING you ladies have given. Know that you have touched so many people.

Her story is so important to women. She had no idea the faith she had instilled in me regarding self love, learning to love yourself before others, getting help, and with finding happiness. You are so REAL, Jeannie 💕

The realest member of the show. My favorite from the beginning. I just felt like her energy was felt. My favorite part of this show was watching her win and watching her evolve as a complete person in every way.

We've seen her honesty and her dealing with a really ugly chapter in her life but we've also seen her find happiness again and becoming a doting mom to an adorable baby girl! Out of all the girls on The Real, Jeannie has ALWAYS been my favourite. I connected with her on another level (maybe cause I’m a Capricorn too, who knows? 🤷♀️😂). Seeing her as a shy but highly intelligent girl on Season 1, I adored her. And with each and every story she told on the show, she had me in the palm of her hand. Not to mention her stellar sense of humour! But what has touched me and given me pride most of all has been seeing Jeannie’s growth with each season. The difference between her in Season 1 and her now is phenomenal - she’s still the same Jeannie I know and love but far more evolved now. And I LOVE that for her. I bet if you’d have told her back in Season 1 that by the end of the show’s run she’d be married with a daughter, she would have laughed in your face. She has seemingly ended up a far more happy, confident and content person. And after hearing all her life stories, from the horrifying to the amazing (not forgetting how badly she was treated by Tamar when she was on the show 🙄), I know that these blessings could not have come to a more deserving person. I wish her and her beautiful family all the health and happiness in the world. We love you, Jeannie 🙏👑💚💚💚

Jeannie held back a lot in the early seasons. She was kind of afraid to be loud and opinionated, especially when Tamar and Amanda was on the show. If anyone else remembers she hid her tattoos at the beginning of the show. She was afraid to be herself. She grew so much over the years. It's amazing to witness her love story and becoming a mother.
It's hollyweird...everything is a script ...producers tell ppl how to behave....

Yes, I turned 40 and I have always been okay with my status of singlehood, but I always wanted to be in a marriage and a mother. But, it didn't happen, especially after investing 3 years of my life with someone who was not sure and in the end being betrayed. Seeing her story, journey and seeing how authentic she was throughout it all helped me. It helped me feel relatable and hopeful.

I didn’t think I would be as emotional as I was watching this episode but I truly was. It’s hard when you invested so long on a show and developed such an emotional connection with all the host.
The real is connected to so many good memories I have, even some bad ones, but even if for just an hour, this show made me forget those sad moments and made me feel like I was seen and understood. Today I bid you farewell but I will always have this show in a special place in my heart ❤️🫶🏽🥹

Anyway, When you were freed from that partnership and started changing your decor with Mama Mai, I could tell that JEANNIE from THE BAY was revealing herself and that was amazing to witness!!!

Of all the hosts, Jeannie was the one who had the biggest transformation on this show. I started watching the real the year I had my son who is now 9 yrs old, and I remember saying to myself then that Jeannie's relationship with her then husband seemed like it wasn't meant to be.
Now fast-forward nearly a decade later, and Jeannie has finally found The One truly meant for her, and I'm so happy for her! Such an inspirational and amazing transformation of watching the true journey of self love & personal growth which inspired me to let go of what I knew in my heart didn't fit with the course of my life.

I have never liked talk shows as much as i liked this, this was the first talk show that i loved and watched them all and have subscribed. This is also my first time to comment for a talk show. I literally teared up watching you all say goodbye. I love all your different personalities. Awww Jeannie! You came full circle! When you want to see the journey of the Real, look at Jeannie Mai! From the first episode; timid, always changing her opinion and holding back because she was always criticised for it. Each season Jeannie grew into her own woman, stood her ground, went through heart ache, talked about her eating disorder, sexual abuse, anxiety: she bared it all. The more she opened up, the more I fell in love with her. To me, Jeannie is the epitome of strength and growth. She has made it to the other side, as a happy mom and wife.
