This is a lesson on How To Play "Snowblind" by Black Sabbath. The Rhythm part of 5 Riffs and the 2 Solos are taken from their Live album "Reunion".
Cover/Playthrough - • Black Sabbath - Snowbl...
Honestly dude, you should just surrender now and play the entire Sabbath catalogue from the first record through Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Nobody teaches Sabbath (and likely other things) as sharply, professionally, and as easy to follow as you. There's plenty of lessons on CZcams, but few true teachers. You're one of them.
cant get over how good that sounds coming thru effects wow
16:49 solo, thank you; 17:28, solo lesson
This is surprisingly way easier than I thought
The outro solo here is easier than the original. In the original there are a great sequence of trills that are hard to play.
that's just sabbath in general, one of the reasons why it its my favorite band.
Guys, these lessons are a bargain! I take professional lessons for $155 a month; good price, but these videos are great to review, and watch over and over, for those of us who are visual learners.
the open strings chorus starting at c powercord on a&d string desending down to2nd fret, makes all the hair on the back of my neck standup evrytime ive heard it since the first time in the 70s.
ur channel is the best bro
best part of the sing! My eyes are blind, but I can seeeeeeeeeeeeee......
Ditto.. "My eyes snowblind but I still see....."
Me too
I’m 47 and was born into a world of Black Sabbath in the house with my father
By far the best lesson format I've ever seen. Showing the five riffs upfront is all I needed. Brilliant!
This guy nails it note for note.
There are many CZcamsrs trying to give "lessons" that are really nowhere near the actual notes that tony plays. You must keep in mind when wanting to cover Sabbath. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE TONE... Tony used light guage strings and most always played the frets highest on the fretboard which gives a darker and fuller tone. .and this song was much easier than I thought.. Except for the second solo, which is INSANE.
I nailed the first one straight away.. The sexond one imma have to re-visit a few times.
This album was a big change in direction for Sabbath.
I personally loved it, though it didn't do so well with the critics.
one of the best video taught lessons I've seen great work
You are awesome my friend! I have looked for black sabbath tutorials forever and now I´ve found you! Great quality on the videos and full coverage! I could´t ask for more! :DDDDD
Awesome lesson man. This is some heavy tone especially with the de-tuning. This guy nails it.
Thanks for these lessons. Well taught. I'm rockin!!

Thanks man - you just got another subscriber. You explained this very well and this is probably my favorite Sabbath song - one of them anyway!
I have also visited your website and bought the tabs for this song:-)
Thanks again!!!
Alex this is amazing as always.
Hey Alex. that was a great lesson. I really enjoyed it. Great sound from the Les Paul too. Peace
For a beginner, these videos have helped me understand not only the actual song, but also chord structure and recognition!
OK, ditto on the coincidence comment from Strings410....and, AS USUAL, this is the best lesson of this on the net. Alex is the BEST!
Will definitely sit down the other day to learn it with your video. Thanks a lot!
Absolutely brilliant! 💯 love your sabbath vids .. the best out there! 👍🤟

Hi Alex! Many thanks for your videos! They’re great and have really helped me out. I was wondering, as there are none currently, could you possibly do a lesson on Wheels Of Confusion? Cheers! Much respect!
thanks Mike
tes tutos sont géniaux
Thank You !!
***************with tabs man!!! yes this is the best youtube channel ever. no rewinding all the fucking time!! well done. subcrided instantly!!!!!**************
amazing
great lessons man! could you possible do Art of Shredding by Pantera? rock on!
Thanks !:)
This, alongside Alice Cooper's I'm Eighteen, is the perfect song for beginning guitar aspirants...(such as myself who realized how over ambitious he was thinking he could tackle Sab's amazing Heaven and Hell tab book without going through the easier 70s classics first.) Thank you for the lesson; although songster has the full song, I came here and revelled for the cool, not too difficult solo...😎
Красавчик, спасибо!
This gets you a like and sub. Good lesson format. Music industry lawyers practice needledickory.
thanks alex this songs has been on the top of my favourite songs but I never learn in the original key 😈
Thx
You should do a lesson on Steve Vai Boston rain melody, and the solo
This is super, nicely done! Do you have a backing track for this one?
The les paul...to me the only rock guitar I need, nothing else
Just wait until you play a PRS...
I love you Alex! Omg keep them coming!
I think you speak spanish right and if i am right let me tell you me Alegra que aún existan youtubers como tú que tocan la música que les gusta y que no se vendan por la demanda comun
very good tutorial, evil woman please
great sound, which amp/effects are you using?
Your tone is in this video is incredibly nasty, sounds killer. What are you running the LP through??? If you get some time I'd love to know. Thanks
skip to 2:55
2nd complete solo 36:05
During the "my eye's are blind" interlude the notes sound more like 4-5-0-0 otherwise👍Another great lesson!!!
I never understood what means the numbers between " () " and also don't know if I have to play that note or no
gamesplaystation1 i think its that you gotta do a vibrato on those or that number
Ахуенный видос, спасибо, мужик!

🔥🤘🏼
Excellent, ever thought about doing Sabbath tutorials on a SG , you're awesome, I don't even play guitar so half the shit you're talking about, I have no idea
First Solo 16:49
Fucking fantastic.
SOLO 16:46
These solos look and sound really hard, but someone recommended me to play this because it’s “easy”, I’ve been playing for a year is this do-able?
Just here for the ”my eyes are blind” part. Surprised about 4-6-0-0 though, the 6 sounds off, would have guessed 4-7-0-0.
7:30
A question for you Alex: how are you using guitar rig? Is it guitar into PC? and then out to amp?
Yes, it's guitar into PC and that's it. I don't put it out to the amp. I just use it for recording.
@@GuitarForceCom hey what Pedal or effect are u using to to do that Thrill at 25:55 ? U just touch the string and u get a great sound with that Thrill but in my case I can't even hear it . is there some particular effect that makes it easier to thrill ? Thanks great lesson
Fucking sick tone bro \m/
2nd Solo 23:49
On the "G " chord at 10 fret & 12 fret you write "E" & "B" notes what is your tuning ?
The interlude part is very beatle-esque never realized it
27:57 "I don't know if he made a mistake" King Iommi doesn't make mistakes you fool! Other than that good video, could you do a Vol 4 version? its got a more exciting solo
King iommi has made a mistake and it was “changes”
Yes sir...
Thx. What kind of amp do you use (sorry for my english)?
I use computer program "Guitar Rig".
ok thx!!
In the second solo, after the repeating 16th note bending lick, there is a series of trills that you didn't include. Could you add those in too?
Right after the "copyright issues" bit
That's exactly why I watched this tutorial. For those trills, but I think he covered a live version of the solo, not the album version.
What rythm plays during the second solo? ty
when you tuned down did you down tune all the strings or just the low E?
+Frankie Boots Yes, tune down all the strings
+GuitarForce.Com k thanks
