So sad and disgusting that people say those things. Worrisome too, because their are people out there willing to go beyond words.
The fact that people are asking B&E to off themselves because of a freaking parody is beyond my understanding. Is this how valuable human life is for them!?
@@aino-kaisav5504 exactly. If anyone or anything should be reported, it should be those comments or ones about targeting their family. I hope Brett and Eddy are okay after this, those comments hurt, especially from a mass amount of people.
Most of them are minors, their brains are still developing, they literally don't k ow what they're doing.
Glad Brett and Eddy seem to take this in good fun and maturity.
Frighteningly poor upbringing to deliver that type of hate speech
Ok but give Brett an Oscar for acting as Shostakovich, Mozart and the toxic fan. Extra points for the little Mozzarella.
Absolutely the most versatile acting range I’ve seen, how they didnt crack up I will never know!
Shostakovich especially has a lot to say about the mob threatening to kill artists because of what they write. He lived that terror.
When I first saw Brett I thought to myself "He is all over the place. I don't think he knows he's a shape shifter." And went to make myself some popcorn so I could watch more.
And the Teddy bear

as a k-pop stan, i’m so sorry that so many people couldn’t take a joke 💀 sell out was funny & a good commentary on the music industry, and you guys are not toxic, unlike everyone who sent death threats… grow up, not everything revolves around kpop guys.
That’s what I wish some people would think about. Twoset might’ve been targeting the music industry as a whole, not just BLACKPINK, especially since I’ve heard they actually like blackpink.
I too am a kpop stan and I'm also sorry for the whole toxic community it has become. I've said it before but twoset don't deserve the hate
It was kinda heartbreaking to see all these comments they got
You know how it is.. dumb people aren't many but they sure are loud. And a drop of poison can ruin a barrel of clean water.
THIS. the way social media has damaged younger generation's ability to critically think and analyze is so disgusting to see. it was heartbreaking to see the messges twoset received even though the commentary/criticism in sell out was CLEAR as day. i'm a kpop stan but people forget to think for themselves sometimes....not everything is about your kpop groups
You guys are so brave for addressing and calling this behaviour outloud and this is also well made to address toxicity without generalising all Kpop fans 👏

“Not in front of the 12 year old” 😂
This was the best reaction to hate I have ever seen. Creative, and dramatic enough to show how toxic the internet really is (especially when you get into the dark part of the k-pop community)
it also showed, that they know that majority of hate came from kids that just don't know what they're talking about... and that they don't disregard kpop fans as a whole
i either feel bad for those blinks parents, or fully ashamed and disappointed with their parenting
His face saying "Yes, daddy harder!"- 💀
It really was genius.
“Disconnected from echo chamber”
They got that exactly right. On the internet it’s easy to be overwhelmed by hate comments and at the same time also easy to participate in “cancelling” some random person you don’t even know because everybody is just echoing each other. A lot of them don’t even know what they’re actually angry about.
Glad that twoset can see beyond the toxicity and remain confident in knowing their fans are there for them and that they are not misogynistic, sexist, ugly etc just because a bunch of random tweets said so.
That's because Brett and Eddie are grown mature adults and behave as such, and not a couple of toxic 12 year old fan-boys "defending" the latest pop sensation that no-one will remember 5 years from now. Well played gentleman, well played. (Also LOVED the entire video, poignant and funny at the same time).
Definitely! Easily accessible echo chambers are probably the worst thing that have come out of the internet, i could go in a whole rant about them. I'm so proud of them for handling it so well and not letting words from complete strangers that know nothing about them affect them negatively.
Help me through this, Mumma Mia!

@Kinga Lendvai-Kontár seriously. How can you feel good about yourself after telling somebody else that they deserve to die and so does their family?
I guess that’s the point. None of these people actually feel good about themselves and that’s why they latch on to things like cancel culture. They don’t care about what they’re standing up for, they just think cancelling ‘bad’ people will prove they’re a good person.
@Kinga Lendvai-Kontár no one would have the nerve to do it irl. they just have the nerve to do it because they can't see the person beyond the screen.
Oh my god. Now i can't stop thinking about Eddy being sad or worry, not because this can be real damage or something like that. just because he has a really nice heart and being called that is not nice :(

Honestly the fact that they used a guy to represent the toxic fans shows everything. If they were really misogynist it would be so easy to stereotype those haters as crazy fangirls and thus take cheap shots.
but they chose to actually present the situation as it is instead: toxic fans, many of whom are actually men, cynically using misogyny as a tool to attack someone they don't like.

And then they call the guys sexist 🤡
@Just me, (i)-dle Doesn't change that Typa Girl had some pretty bad lyrics, and Blackpink doesn't have that many songs in the first place so
All the references in this video summed up:
1)Mozart's kink for butt when he said lines like 'hit me harder'. I never think I would see the day where Brett said that
2)The echo chamber representing the Internet and how these nasty comments would keep coming for you. By disconnecting yourself from the echo chamber, it basically just means getting off the Internet and away from the negativity. Cancel culture on the Internet can be quite detrimental to your mind after all.
3)The way the members of the B2TSM are sitting is similar to the Try Guys video 'what happened' about Ned.(even the way Tchaikovsky is sitting like Eugene lol)
4)Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky faced fear of being exposed during the years of the career. For Tchaikovsky, it is mainly his sexuality while Shostakovich on his music for the Soviet Union.
5)Why g=yg entertainment. Teddy bear= Teddy Park the producer for Blackpink. While the fans are calling out to yg, they are counting their money instead. This just shows that yg entertainment knows better than to do with these type of video because they would rather be off making money instead of wasting money and time on a lawsuit. Plus, they know these fans being only angry would be beneficial to them as that means they would support blackpink even more than ever now. Kinda like how French revolution stared because everyone got mad at the monarchy.
6)The touch some grass part is *chef's kiss'. It really show how many people are becoming more and more engrossed on their phones or idols. It is ok to indulge in these things but when you lose sight of reality and the bigger issue in your life, that's a problem.
I still can't believe people have the heart to type out these nasty comments, even I can't bring myself to do that online. I doubt that these people would have the gut to say it in real life. Cyberbullying is as bad as verbal bullying in real life. Just because you can hide your identity online, that dosen't mince the meanings of those nasty words and intentions. Isn't it really ironic when these toxic people say to stop 'attacking' their idols while sending out these nasty words as well? Now imagine if these toxic fans say the same thing to their idols. I think Blinks or any fans in a grp should remember that the conduct of their fans also affect how other ppl see their idols. Keep doing what you like twoset and we would always have your back!💕

Yes, it is. I feel like they were never taught proper manners, and they aren't getting any decent adult supervision of their online habits.
Not all are kids, there’s a bunch of late teens and 20 yr olds there, letting some inner spleen out, I guess.
That's why Jimmy Kimmel said that

That is something I wish all social media platforms would do: when someone sends a death threat like that, that they ban the person for at least 60 days from the site. I’m not even gonna sugarcoat it, but for those fans, any constructive criticism towards BP = misogyny, and I CANNOT stress enough how potentially dangerous this is, not only for the one being accused of it (in this case, sadly you guys) but in general because it dilutes what misogyny actually entails. They throw around a word which has heavy meaning behind it and reduce it to merely nothing. You guys are amazing and inspire loads of people. You made an intelligent joke that a lot of people clearly weren't mature enough to understand, and that's not your fault. This was an epic response to the childish haters and their toxicity. Keep doing you, TwoSet 💙
Enjoy your concert! The people that were mean wouldn't be mean in person. This video is indeed great.
I can't believe some people are so childish and get so angry over some k-pop singers! Ridiculous!
Enjoy your concert, have a great night! (Just don’t wear any Twoset merch, though)
Enjoy the concert! Luckily people like this wouldn't dare say any of this irl.
hit them with that ddu du ddu du
You know you’ve found great content creators when they react like this, the takeaways from the video include
1) social media is an echo chamber and the hate isn’t significant, it’s just mean and meaningless words
2) the best way to move forward is to just disconnect from the internet and GO PRACTICE (do something productive)
3) they are not obligated to make an apology/explanation video (try guys parody), there’s nothing to apologise for
4) Mozart is kinky af 😭(it’s hilarious to see Mozart’s equally kinky portrayal in the lick my arse lyric explained vid LOL)

Here I am still giggling over the "My little mozzarella, what did I say to keep your kink to yourself" part. This is the reaction video we deserve.
As a feminist, I will just say: there is so much legitimate sexism out there, and this is what K pop stans get angry at?! Fun constructive critcism of a song. Seriously...it frustrates me, because it just takes power away from feminist terms and fuels ACTUAL incels in their very real hatred of women. Also, the whole K pop industry itself is incredibly sexist and toxic. How about we start a conversation about that?
Amen. I totally agree w you on everything you said.
I second that. Hear hear! 👏👏👏
I totally agree with this ❤️
Edit 1: because of strict beauty standards of female set by K-pop industry I think (well, if I research on Research Institute of Asian women)
Edit 2: after I researched, I'm not sure that yg not giving credit to blackpink members writing the lyrics or not allowing Blackpink to at least write the lyrics really just the industry's thing/rules or mismanagement instead of exploitation 🤷
If someone can explain, I'd really appreciate it though
Those are my thoughts which possibly can be either right or wrong, sorry in case I have any misunderstanding
If only they spend their time learning what sexism actually means
Yes! Thank you! To label anything one doesn't like as "sexist" bleaches the term semantically out. So it becomes difficult for feminists or victims of actual sexism to be taken seriously.
As a k-pop fan and classical violinist I STAND WITH TWOSET. These awful comments are coming from immature, ignorant kpop stans that have no idea what they’re talking about; they have only embarrassed themselves. I loved your Sell Out video, and Eddy’s Italian accent is extremely on point and super authentic 😂.
As a kpop fan myself, I am so sorry you had to go through this B.S. You guys don't deserve it. Sometimes fans take this stuff too seriously and can't take a joke- this has gone way too far. But the way you're handling this?! I could never. Hats off to you guys for handling this so well. We love and support you♥️🙏
Only some of the blinks tho, you don't have to to the charity work my friend
Same as a kpop fan also …I’m embarrassed
The ones that can’t take a joke are the uncultured kpop “fans” that don’t know Paganini, or get classical music in general. And I’m not saying all fans, cuz I used to be one myself; just those who were toxic towards their parody that wasn’t even against BP whatsoever 😂
Whoever called Eddy “ugly” totally missed how hot he was in the Shut Down video in his creepy possessed contact lenses amplified by the red light and black leather. You made Paganini proud, guys, he would have done the same look, keep up the great work!

I take that back, Kavakos playing the first movement of Beethoven’s Kreutzer violin sonata and pizz’ing so strongly in the first movement, his feet leave the floor! A year ago, I didnt know he existed but thanks to Twoset, have seen him, Perlman and Vengerov this year. They changed my life.

Some positivity for you: I'm a violin beginner (age 40), and I was inspired by Brett to try to play the beautiful melody from Mendelssohn's second movement and I'm so pleased with how it's going so far. I just told my dad about it at Thanksgiving dinner and he started singing the melody with me. Now I want to keep practicing so I can play it for him at Christmas.
Your dad is going to love it for sure. 🙂🎼🎄
You can do it!
This is so heartwarming!
Good for you! 💜
Hey, that also led me to start violin too! Started back in June and getting there slowly but surely! Good luck with your performance for your dad!
Paganini: what’s the worst I can suffer for selling my soul to you?
Lucifer: I would like to introduce you Kpop stans
Same thing happened to me after posting a constructive criticism in one of their videos.. Those fans were so quick to judge me, my life and even my loved ones. They said that they pity me because il never earn as much money as their idols and I live such a miserable life with nothing to do and nobody to love. Well. What can i say? Guess its a reflection of their case not mine. Thanks two set violin for being brave enough to speak out against these unreasonable cyber bullies. To be honest their idols should set an example to call them out but seems they are too busy modelling and touring somewhere and not doing good music.. Such behavior from fans are toxic and unacceptable. We should altogether stand up against them. We all have freedom of speech and have equal rights to express our opinions, and criticise what we want to.
BLonks are obsessed w BP’s fame, money, status. Shallow group, shallow lyrics, shallow fans. It also alarms me that these are school drop outs that so many young fans idolize for their manufactured career.
I think what should be acknowledged here is that most of these fans are actually children. I hope they'll grow out of it. I did many things I'm ashamed of when I was a kid (I never targeted people's families with death threats tho). They live in these internet echo chambers and stew in them, it's their entire life. They're sad people who need psychological help. Don't let them ruin your mood.
What I mean is, speak up, yes. But mostly just ignore. It's a mind projection fallacy. They think everything revolves around them. I've never been interested in KPOP. Just visited their Reddit page. There are people there who are amazed that their band visited a foreign city and no one immediately rushed to take their autographs. I don't think think it even crossed their mind that most people don't even know that band and don't care about them at all.
For real?? Dang dont mind em bunch of kiddos 🙏🏻
@@siritio3553 ah in terms of no one knew them while visiting your country or stuff. It’s hilarious that these came out from the K-pop fans; most of the fans I know always ask for the termination of using beauty standards. And, wow… haha, they sure have many ‘standards’.
This is the first time, in a while, I’m writing a comment in CZcams, and that’s because I really want Brett, Eddy, and the team to know that you guys are really strong. It’s true that all of this happens because of your roasting video, but they went WAY too far, and this is now unacceptable. 😤 Grow up, please, toxic K-pop fans.
There actually one more thing that I always wanted to say, and that is: I am, and I will, always proud being one of the TwoSetters. Send the big heart to this lovely community 💕!
Yeah. I watched a K-drama (Itaewon Class) and I love its soundtrack so I found the soundtracks in CZcams. And to my surprise, the most watched OST is the worst and I never heard it when watched the K-drama. The only explanation is that OST sung by V BTS, and comments are full of praise like : "wow, his voice is angelic". Even Eddy's voice is far better 🙄. I wonder if they use their eyes rather than ears to enjoy a music.

Judging by some discussion I see here, some people are misunderstanding the issue here. If a k-pop fan disliked TwoSet's parody video and even considered it an insult, they are well within their rights to feel that way, and even complain about it with friends or other members of the community. But that is no excuse for sending death threats and harassment to TwoSet or people associated with them. That kind of reaction is disproportional, and what people generally refer to as toxic.

I have been watching CZcams for many years and I have hardly ever commented on a video. But I just had to say this (and please forgive any English mistakes). I have never seen a more wholesome and supportive group of followers than the ones of TSV. In every video I've watched in the past half a year that I have known this channel the comments were civil, helpful, intelligent and supportive. And even in the humorous "diss?" videos the jokes were taken in good spirit. Not to mention the supportive and talented people at 40hrs. There is a proverb in Greek: Show me your friends to show me who you are. And the quality of your followers is a testament to the quality of you and your channel.
Don't listen to the recent toxic comments, but take strength and comfort from your excellent friends and followers. 🙂
I hope they (and lots of Twosetters) get to see this comment. Their fans like to keep it classy and that's at least partly because of the example Brett and Eddy set for them. It's just refreshing to see these days and makes it a pleasure to be here in their comments.
This is a great comment! I like that Greek proverb, I'll keep it in mind as this year, I've had to get rid of some friends who were pulling me down. And your English is just fine, too -- better than a lot of English speakers here in the US. :)
An amazing feat considering it's an online community, which is notoriously difficult to control and moderate. I enjoy reading the 'inspired by TSV' anecdotes in particular - what makes this channel great is not just the content and its creators, but what the audience does with the content, as well. :)
