I'm here today to help with the issue of google play payment declining when making purchases. You see there are a number of reasons why it could be that your card won't work when trying to make a purchase on Google Play. Most people have no idea what the issue is so they just give up or use their credit card instead which can rack up more costs. So, let me tell you about some common reasons why this might happen, what they are, and then give you an easy solution for each one so that next time it doesn't happen again!
1. Check your credit card balance and make sure you have enough money to cover the purchase
2. Verify that the card is valid and has not expired
3. Update your billing address with Google Play if it has changed

Dosent work, my credit card company said Google isn't letting me use my card and I have no idea why because it worked fine for 4 days now all the sudden everytime I try to buy something I keep getting error this transaction can't be completed it's not my credit card it's Google

I'm having the same issue, a year later! 😢
Try deleting all payment methods and add them back in. I don't remember if I found a solution or if I simply moved on with my life and forgot about it.

the issue I have is I can't enter analytics info manually. I can scan my card but nothing appears ehen I type my 3 digit code & expiration date.
There are ways around it but this continually happens. For instance I got PayPal and it resolved the issue for awhile. Then Google play store started declining that. We all need to email Google about this issue. This is part of the reason why I want to switch back to apple. Google is a joke.
Yep me too bro I have had this happen to me 4 times . I had money on all my cards but declines on cod mobile I then have to contact Google they fix it I have to wait 48 hours then it will go threw . Then the same bull crap all over again the next time I tried purchase stuff

Like when are they gonna fix it permanently. I have 2 credit cards and PayPal they all have money on them but they don't go threw either lmao it's a joke 🤣.

You may have to delete all but one of your accounts and try it, and if it works, then you can go ahead and get your accounts back
Edit: Like write down all of your accounts with the emails and passwords associated with the accounts so u don't forget.

You might more than one routing number, maybe a wire transfer number, try using that instead of usual routing number/s! It's helped other but not ME!
