This song was included in their 2002 Winter Vacation in SM Town but sung by all the arists then. But this 2022 version is sung by the composer himself, i.e. the legendary Yoo Young Jin who has composed most of the big hits for all the SM artists! This is probably the demo for 2002 version but re-released as an original now.
This is not the demo, but Yoo Youngjin original song from his 3rd album Agape (1st song on the album tracklist) released back in 2001 featuring other smtown artists (that's why you could hear BoA's voice in this song). The following year this song was remade for smtown winter album 2002 and became smtown signature song. So this one is his original song released for his 3rd album and not the demo :)
This made me really emotional wow - SUJU and SHINee raised me and EXO got me through college, and now I'm doing my PhD and I wouldn't have made it without the strength that these groups give me. As Suho (and LSM now lol) says: saranghaja!
SM Family has been the start of my K-Pop journey since 2009. The happiness that SuJu(OT15), TVXQ(OT5), F(x), Shinee ,GG has brought into my life. They have, and still are helping me sail through the toughest part of life! Without a doubt if SM Hadn't been there I wouldn't be able meet these wonderful artists. Always thankful to SM Family. I remember when Yesung being a mentor to a show, they criticise him for having a "harsh" comments or Lay being a judge to Idol producers, we can see how SMEnt trained them.. so proud that im in this family!
Jadi SM stan dari jaman SMP jaman super junior dan snsd sampai sekarang sudah 24 tahun cepat banget waktu berlalu tapi tetap setia ngikutin mereka setelah Suju jadi suka banget sama EXO uri Peterpan hehehe sampai sekarang ada Aespa karena SM memang beda menurut selera ku ada satu hal yang gak bisa bikin berpaling dari anak-anak SM ini sih rendah hati dan Manner mereka benar-benar gak ada lawan apalagi senyum mereka tuh bkin semangat banget. new SM stans may find this concert was too long and sleepy sometimes, but for ppl have been into this family for over 13 years from TVXQ to NCT aespa like me, This concert was everything I wanted for 2021. I got so emotional after watching Rising sun at the begining.. You will never find a concert that holds kpop-legend groups from gen1 to 4 other than SMtown. Artists have been working nonstop for 5 10 15 20 years should never been forgotten, they has set the foundation for the young to grow rn and so on. Many young artists now was inspired to be great singers, dreaming abt the stage by watching their seniors performances. This keeps us to always remember and appreciate the roots, one of the strong traditions of Asian that western fans might not fully understand. As a 14 years SM Stan, started with Super Junior and Girls' Generation era, I've watched these idols surpassed hardships and issues. Knowing the training of SME, these idols really sacrificed and endured everything to live their dreams. I'm still looking forward to the day where TVXQ is 5, Super Junior is 13, SNSD is 9, F(X) is 4, Shinee is 4, and EXO is 12. (We can't bring Sulli and Jonghyun back 😢). I will still be cheering Red Velvet, NCT, and Aespa with their achievements. Nothing beats the talent these idols have. No matter how many groups surpassed their achievements and awards, no one can beat the legacy they brought to the kpop world (music industry in general). Thank you Lee Soo Man for bringing these idols to life. I will be forever SM Stan! We love you SM Town!

This song put me in the feels especially with all those flashback memories, from the old dance practice room that groups used to make those dance practice videos to the older generation groups debuts and everything. Especially with Shinee when they showed the behind scenes filming for Replay and Juliette (i think), seeing all 5 of them together, Jonghyun will always be remembered. Im pretty sure they showed flashbacks from when TVXQ with all 5 of them together too JYJ. Everything about this video is so special

It’s interesting how this song has evolved through the years. This is technically the 4th official video, each of which includes different generations and eras of SM’s artists. Seeing the first one back that was released nearly 20 years ago with all the 1st gen idols, to the second one back in 2012 featuring gen 2-2.5, to the one in 2017 featuring gen 3, to this one with gen 4 really shows how far this company and its artists have come. At this point, this song isn’t just something meaningful, it’s tradition.
Shout out to everyone behind the scenes man. There are probably many staff and workers who have seen so many people grow up and/or leave in their time. I really appreciate all the work they put into their artists, even if it's never really recognized by others.

Menurut ku cuma artis dari SM yang punya tracklist paling oke dari track 1 sampe track terakhir karena memang SM seserius itu dalam menggarap musik dan konsep mereka.

I encountered SMTOWN because of SHINee, Super Junior and Girls' Generation back in 2010. From that I became an E.L.F for Super Junior until I switched to EXO-L (prev exotics) ahead of EXO's debut in 2012. I also have memories of attending SMTOWN Live III concert in Jakarta with my dearest fellow SM stan friends (that was my first ever offline concert btw). Even though I'm not in any of SM artists fandom now, I still regard SM as the company that produced the most talented Korean idols and many legends songs that inspired current generation idols. Can't wait for the return of SMTOWN Live offline concert in the future when the pandemic ends 🥺🤍✨

i swear the bond of all groups of sm are out of this world. i can't stop crying watching and listening to this song huhuhu they deserved all the love and support they are recieving.
As a 14 years SM Stan, started with Super Junior and Girls' Generation era, I've watched these idols surpassed hardships and issues. Knowing the training of SME, these idols really sacrificed and endured everything to live their dreams. I'm still looking forward to the day where TVXQ is 5, Super Junior is 13, SNSD is 9, F(X) is 4, Shinee is 4, and EXO is 12. (We can't bring Sulli and Jonghyun back 😢). I will still be cheering Red Velvet, NCT, and Aespa with their achievements. Nothing beats the talent these idols have. No matter how many groups surpassed their achievements and awards, no one can beat the legacy they brought to the kpop world (music industry in general). Thank you Lee Soo Man for bringing these idols to life. I will be forever SM Stan! We love you SM Town!

This song put me in the feels especially with all those flashback memories, from the old dance practice room that groups used to make those dance practice videos to the older generation groups debuts and everything. Especially with Shinee when they showed the behind scenes filming for Replay and Juliette (i think), seeing all 5 of them together, Jonghyun will always be remembered. Im pretty sure they showed flashbacks from when TVXQ with all 5 of them together too JYJ. Everything about this video is so special

Mayron ding 2012 ver. tapos another version in 2017. Nasa current SMtown channel po yung both 2012 at 2017* versions pero yung 2001/2002 smtown version is kailangan niyo pong hanapin sa youtube.

It’s interesting how this song has evolved through the years. This is technically the 4th official video, each of which includes different generations and eras of SM’s artists. Seeing the first one back that was released nearly 20 years ago with all the 1st gen idols, to the second one back in 2012 featuring gen 2-2.5, to the one in 2017 featuring gen 3, to this one with gen 4 really shows how far this company and its artists have come. At this point, this song isn’t just something meaningful, it’s tradition.

Dimulai dari BoA pas ngisi ost Inuyasha sekitar tahun 2003, Kangta dari drama Magician Romance sekitar tahun 2005, TVXQ dari ost One Piece tahun 2008, dan akhirnya stan Super Junior n 2009 dan sampe sekarang masih dukung semua artist artist SM 💓 dari zaman request lagu-lagu mereka di radio, sampe download sembarangan di warnet, dan sekarang udah bisa koleksi album original dan streaming di platform digital resmi 😭💓 lagu lagu SM juga gak pernah gagal. Menurut ku cuma artis dari SM yang punya tracklist paling oke dari track 1 sampe track terakhir karena memang SM seserius itu dalam menggarap musik dan konsep mereka.

I encountered SMTOWN because of SHINee, Super Junior and Girls' Generation back in 2010. From that I became an E.L.F for Super Junior until I switched to EXO-L (prev exotics) ahead of EXO's debut in 2012. I also have memories of attending SMTOWN Live III concert in Jakarta with my dearest fellow SM stan friends (that was my first ever offline concert btw). Even though I'm not in any of SM artists fandom now, I still regard SM as the company that produced the most talented Korean idols and many legends songs that inspired current generation idols. Can't wait for the return of SMTOWN Live offline concert in the future when the pandemic ends 🥺🤍✨

Been a fan since 2009, started with Super Junior and adopted the other artists along the way, fully or just casually supporting them, and as the family grew, their bonds strengthened to what it is today. And Yoo Youngjin, you are amazing just as the songs that you made.
I am happy that i entered Kpop with an SM artist because even if time passed, even if generations were added, every one is included
if you stan one group from SM, you will automatically become a whole SM stan. you can't help with this.
Whether you stan just one group/artist or few of them, The fact that you know about these other artists too, is testament of the bond the artists share inside this SM Town Family.
This song shows that SM artists are merely bandmates nor labelmates they're truly a family.
