- The company Harrop just release its roots style TVS supercharger kit for the 8.2 deck small block Ford. If you have a 94-95 Sn95 Mustang, you can add a modern roots style supercharged to your motor. The power output of this blower on a sbf rivals that of a Gen5 Whipple Coyote.

Here's why it's great.
1. It's intercooled
2. Fits with aftermarket pullies
3. Makes massive power for the money
4. Gives a lot of build options
5. Save money.
It's a no brainer and a faster and cheaper way to hp. All while keeping your classic 5.0.
Genius and much needed
Comment pin'd sir👏👏👏
Chevy guy here, very informative,to the point, older foxes have a special spot in automotive motorsports, very well done sir.
Appreciate you stopping by.
They made one for old school chevs too
Just discovered you today. Gotta go to work. I'm ABOUT this! So few of us in the game like this. 👊🏾 Gotta learn more! I'll be following you. Thanks for what you do!
Man I appreciate you. Welcome to the community 👍🏽
Harrop is building one for the 351 windsor as well
Awesome . I got a 347 dart Block . With all the goodies . Ready for a new Challege . Thanks for Sharing
This is a new option on the table for you. Thanks for watching
Your living your best life, build it brother!
It's AFR HEADS MATE, motor is from DANDY ENGINES in Australia 🇦🇺 with Harrop blower.
AFR enforcer heads are Chinese castings
Just the type of content I've been looking for lately. Thanks
Glad that you checked us out.
Sheesh I’m still looking to get my 302 running 😂😂
Get that bad boy running and add this monster TVS supercharger.
Nicely done Professor SN95 Power 😊
Thank you very much
And the sound of the sbf chopping vs a coyote is just where it's at! One of these days my 351w will be a nasty mf!! I like the 363 setup and have always been Interested in the 363 realm of builds and the power they make
Can’t wait to hear that bad boy. Appreciate your support over the years
Thanks for the info! I'm mostly an old school guy but I love coyote engines too. I have a 95 but I like keeping "period correct" things together. I also like lost of HP! This is an interesting way of making HP with "old school" parts! I just wish i made more money!!😂😂😂
This is the more expensive power adder option. Best bang for buck force induction to put on a SN95 is a on3 turbo kit. Although, that you take away your period correct look.
Im a fan of just anything just about on 4 wheels as long as i can tell i have enough power to get out of my own way
Great breakdown. Very interesting really. I been wanting to learn more about that coyote business and or how prices have been as of late. Thanks
I put together a 89' 5.0 block, GT40P heads with bigger valves, mild port work, n41 cam, RPM air gap intake, 10.46:1 compression, etc... for my 71 Ford Maverick. I'm really interested in this new Blower for my setup.
I love the sound of that n41 cam
With 10.46:1 compression ratio?
@jackmeoff6996 yea thats what was calculated with how much the heads were cut and I used Cometic MLS headgaskets which I believe are .027 thickness
With that CR you'll want either race gas or E85 if you put a blower on it.
Both options are great
Indeed
Even with the sleeved coyote that I have, I’m reluctant to go over 800whp because that’s when shit starts breaking. Excellent video. Learning a lot from you brother. Thank you.
I'm not against coyotes, would love to build one. What else have you done to the motor
@@SN95Power it’s a sleeved 11to 1 Gen 1 motor with Manley billet I beams and custom diamond pistons. The heads are ported with all the good stuff in em. Has a Fore triple pump fuel system. VMP Gen 3 with a T56 Magnum. Fun street cat.
Enjoyed hearing this. I have a fox with a 306 and s trim that put down 511 HP at rear tires. I purchased my 1st sn95 l ast year. Im fixing to start building it next year after i get it painted. I have a boss 4 bolt 302 block thats been sitting. Im really thinking about a 363 supercharged in this car. I just really would like to do this and it turn some power out. I just subscribed to your channel tonight, and will keep up with more of anything you put out. God bless.
Buying that block a while back was a good investment. Welcome to the community.
I just built and about to drop a 4.6 4v stroker on my channel. Screw a yote swap.
I'll have to check it out. I was just looking at a stoker kit from mod max.
I have one on my LSA setup. Runs pretty good. Will be cool to see this on a 427 SBF
Would be a monster I bet.
New subscriber. Great video editing!
Welcome to the community. Thank for watching
I can see advantages of this combination in other swaps. Where space is considerably tighter.
Good point. Didn't consider that.
_That old mechanic man in your thumbnail from that video was hilarious_ 😂😂😂
He was like, I told you so! Cut it off!"😂 😂 😂
Great content
Appreciate it. Thanks for watching!
This would be sick on my 363, 240cc high port TFS heads, and HUGE solid roller cam 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
Oh my f**king god!!!
These is a game changer!! If I could afford it, I'm straight drag racing it..
Can't wait to see some track times from this supercharger
I have no idea why it took SOOO long for this to happen. I've always wanted to stick with my SBF, and something like this makes it more palatable.
Nice to see something new for our cars. I would consider this over the coyote swap. If I wanted a coyote, I would just buy a newer mustang. The pushrod engine may not be as efficient, but it is a part of this car generation that is not coming back. It would be something different under the hood. Nice video.
I love a sbf. Aint feeling all those chains and shit....my buddy in highschool had a 95 svt cobra in zr white. 3.73 gears, nx wet kit jetted to 150 shot. Nothing crazy but boy was it a blast
I bet he was hurting feelings with that setup
Pre 96 fords need some love too! If money is no object, go for it
Absolutely
Awesome supercharger!
Harrop have been around for a couple of decades designing and developmeing go fast parts for street and race
I honestly never heard of them until I caught wind of this new sbf roots blower.
Your crazy a coyote swap would be a hell
I had a badass 93' Gt convertible and it was a 408w world block, lunatic voodoo forged internals and tfs heads. weiand supercharger with a huge ass e85 carb with a tremec tko t56 with the 8.8 stuffed with 3.73 gears w a spool 31 spline axles. It was a 600+hp street beast, I'd love to have this setup in my 97' mustang Gt.
Can't imagine the torque that thing made
@@SN95Power it was nasty, the guy that bought the car from me went with 4.10 to 4.30 then now 4.56 gears because he says it would just roast street tires right off from first to 3rd...lol The spec 6 puck clutch disc with the spec stage 3 carbon clutch kit w the tremec that can hold 1000 tq was a beast in itself. my buddy built the car and I had gotten a deal on it because he didn't want to lose it in his divorce..
I'm a Windsor SBF guy till death, and this is just what I've wanted and needed. I'd just buy a Coyote powered Mustang if I wanted Coyote power, ao no swapping for me. They should've never stopped making roots/twin screw superchargers for the Windsor engine.
I'm about to pull my 351w out of my bronco. Got any suggestions on a good build

I'm content with my 94 306 running a Vortech V2, no need for a coyote for me this car does PLENTY especially for what's on the streets local to me! But this setup has definitely peaked my interest as a potential upgrade
I bet that boosted 306 is hurting some feelings
@@SN95Power she definitely has, the local scats learned real fast to leave me alone 🤣
That would be cool
A 2.65L supercharger on a sbf would be killer
Hey brother Walt. I have been following these guys for awhile. I been waitin on them to price it and start taking orders. My 363 setup is ready for some boost.Im sitting on about $13,000 from carb to oil pan and wp to clutch setup price wise. So im ready to bite the bullet on one at their price.
You trying to launch that foxbody to the moon Damon?😂
I found the video of you and Jimmy getting his Mustang dyno'd. 500/500 on that eaton was a great number.

😂😂😂⚰️ I’m dying over here. Thanks for watching.
I have a 03' and a 08' Crown Vic Police Interceptors. 4.6 2v. ADTR has a supercharger kit that is for the Panther platform. It's $7300. Just to make 450. Now if you build the bottom end and heads you are at around 20k or more depending on your build. I looked at a Yote swap. Same thing. Expensive. I found a Ls3 block for $500. I found a set of low milage 821 Corvette heads for $300. So I'm working on a Ls3 swap. I'm not brand specific. I just want a decent amount of power and it be reliable. Just a cam and springs will get me over 500 horse without a supercharger. Now my 08' I may do a Yote swap down the road once the prices come down some.
I'm not a LS hater and I understand why you would LS swap your CV.
Just save your money no swap is cheap everything ads up. You can get yote for 1500 in up from f150 only diffrence is the cams and you not going to notice the difference in the power
The cheapest Yote I have found was $3200 and it had almost 200k on it. I found a 5 OH block but for $500 but it needed sleeves. It was wore slap out.
They definitely need one or adapters for the 9.5 deck. Then it’d be really tough to decide, those stock 351’s can take some power. I’d still go for sbf though, nothing sounds better than the 5.0, love ‘em!
9.5 is under development
351 sounds just like a 302 ho (only meaner) they have the same firing order.
Btw a 351 IS a sbf lol
I absolutely miss my 95 Rio red GT!!! Sold it around 2004.
That's a great color
Ive told people before many times. It factors down to how fast you want to go and how much money you want to spend towards it. Nothing is cost effective because if you want to go fast, you have to spend in order to go fast. Its refreshing to see a new supercharger offered to the Small Block Windsor line after we had the Kennebell superchargers years ago. You just need to think what you want to go for generally and you'll know whether this superchargers meant for your build or not.
Well said my friend 🍻
Oh my!
Nothing wrong with a Coyote swap, better than using a boat anchor LS
I'm not against coyote swaps either, just love some pushrod power.
@@SN95Power same here, they sound better too
Nothing wrong with LS motors, I’ve run them all.
Coyotes or LS...they are both great engines and im a Chevy guy. Gotta appreciate the work people do to their rides instead of just buying it off the lot.
@@tangledline facts, I’m just talkin 💩
Great video. I went to coyote route. It’s cheaper from my point of view. This would also be a nice build for SBF.
I'm going to swap our New edge Mustang, as soon as it becomes emission exempt😂
Finding somebody good to build the bottom end and to take it pass the 750 mark is where the the budget will pass or already pass the the coyote swap budget.
I’ve had a lot of fox mustangs and even had the the amazing experience of the coyote in a 2012 gt 5.0 premium (miss it bad) but I’m a “Pushrod Player” gotta have love for the old 5.0👍🏻 and I say if you can get good power from your gen of mustang with forced induction then you really don’t need to do the swap…but the coyote is an awesome and proven motor (with oil pump gears and a separator 👍🏻👍🏻
"Pushrod Player" 👏👏👏
Oil pump gears is snake oil and a myth. If you aren't bouncing off the limiter while boosted (who does that anyway?) There's no need for the oil pump gears unless you're making way more than stock engines can handle.
Good video. A few points to focus on: A proper build with an upgraded block and good parts like Carillo, Oliver, Bryant etc. Is more like a $25K engine build. You can go scat or eagle rotating assembly and save some money, but you're already there. Factor in the 2650 cost and fuel system, and you get the cost. $3K blocks you mentioned are entry-level blocks as you can step up to the iron eagle, and a few other blocks start around $5K. Then you need the expertise to make all these parts work together, and we haven't mentioned suspension, chassis updates to the flimsy SN-95. You still have the rest of the drivetrain to update as well.
I think coyotes are cheaper because they're ready for power for the most part it you get Gen 2 or 3. I'm not a fan of coyotes, but I get the draw. We'll see when they drop the 9.5 deck Magnuson 2650 or if they just make adaptor plates. Good video, building cars, and good engines with cheap are hard to put in the same conversation.
Thanks for your input and I've made that mistake with cheap parts in a build. I don't think you need to spend $25k for 1,000rwhp. Even the weakest of the aftermarket blocks, the Ford Racing has taken many years of passes at 1,000rwhp.
Fast is relative, and your definition of fast is well beyond my need for $2500 rods. If I'm going so fast that I would need CP rods, I think a aftermarket Coyote block would be needed.
You make great points about the need of building it right and building it right the first time. For this video I wanted to campare a roots style boosted Coyote to a sbf using Harrop new roots style supercharger. In the video I agreed that building a coyote was cheaper. Appreciate your feedback.
@SN95Power I don't see getting that blower "swapped" in a car with an engine build and supporting fuel system, holley fuel system including all hardware components (EFI) and related parts for under $25K. And we haven't even touched the drivetrain. Even with an entry-level boss 302 block and off the shelf roller rockers, ARP hardware, and everything else needed. It's a stretch to put all that for under when the receipts start adding up. How much is that blower? Is it shipped from Australia? If so, add international freight and exchange rate to the bill. It's delusional to think that's getting swapped and dialed into a chassis when building and buying everything new for under $25K
@@TheRdub82 I know I have a long video on this but I did say this didn't include any of the other supporting part to do the swap. This video was just focused on the "motor". I did say that I left out a lot of supporting part to do a complete build. I wasn't committing about build a whole car, just your comment about needing a $25K engine. Appreciate your feedback
That intro freaked that Teddy P inside out!
Good ear 🎶🎶🎶
The tvs for the small block ford is super cool but like you mentioned it gets pricey quickly . One day the gen 1 coyote I have could end up in my 95 I’d just need to get a bracket for my procharger d1sc . I’m still stock blocking 15-17psi
I might Coyote swap our new edge as soon as it's emmision except 😂
@@SN95Power thankful we don’t have emissions here . That would be awesome in the new edge for sure
@@SN95Power Don’t they just hook up to the OBD here? I’m thinking turn everything off in the tune and the sniffers won’t know any difference.
I remember reading a thread a while back on some forum. Dude took a race car through and it passed the OBD test, but everyone’s eyes were burning in the building 😂
@@samjohnson9596 in my state of you have more than 2 incomplete monitors on your obd2, they will fail you. If you turn that stuff off in the tune, it will read not ready.
@@SN95Power 🤦🏾♂️Just went through that with the wife’s daily. You’re absolutely correct.
You can buy a m122 adapter for a sbf. KB still sells an old 302 kit not that its not 20 years outdated. And whipple sells a roots replacement that bolts on a 6 or 8-71 intake and will top out over 1500hp
True, I did state in the video the you have Kenne Bell and Eaton superchargers available. However these two options are not intercooled. I have seen some DIY intercooled versions of these two options but those will not come close to being as efficient as this new option.
In this community, there is less than 0.0009% of people who would consider a 6 or 8-71 supercharger setup on their Sn95 Mustang.
i bet you it was a solid roller cam to run to 7000 grand and those heads had to be worked on a little maybe i dont know, iam building a speedmaster 351 block to a 393 turboed going to 1400hp, the speedmaster block is copy of the dart iron eagle, very nice peice, awsome video. speedmaster block was $1,695 9.5 deck height splayed 4bolt mains priorty oiling all the good stuff.
Didn't know about the speed master block. I'll have to look into it. Thanks for the tip.
Does speed master make a a 302 block? And do you know what they are rated for??? Reliably?
Be careful with the Speedmaster blocks, more than a few suffer from core-shift.
hey brother only 9.5 deck is what they offer@@CrazyChiefXxX
Still a block that can't hold 500hp for long. But its still super cool to see this finally!
Did you even watch the video? Ever heard of a boss or dart block? This is clearly for those kinds of builds. Nobody doing a stock block build is gonna be getting this blower. The whole can't hold 500 for long is also a myth plenty of guys have went beyond that and held up for a good while while racing it. It's all in the fuel and tune etc. If you wanna really get after it you do a dart block.
I wish I had a Kenne bell for my 95. But, look man the Chinese heads may not stay together any length of time but they can flow air. Those setups are pretty impressive.
I run those China enforcer heads. They are good heads.
I wouldn’t be as worried about the cheaper heads as you think . They work well and make good power in most cases .
Reputable builders have said the Enforcer heads are not as prone to quality issues as the US assembled heads. I was quite surprised to hear that.
@@sn95garage18 I have a set of those cheap China heads. No issues at all. Enforcer heads are a great bang for buck. If I had the budget, I would run 11r

coyote FTW all day !!!
Nothing wrong with that
By the time you go buy a Dart or a boss block shit I think you’d still be good, I’ve found several whipple superchargers used for sale at 4500
Up side is consistent power curve. My 85/92 363 setup made more than that at 14 and 21 but was easy on e85. I would do a coyote swap if I did again cost wise makes more sense. Whipped yota would be cheaper than everything I built to handle it.
Sounds like a pretty bad setup you have there. Care to share details?
I've been watching this Harrop for a while
7k then all options 15k. It's AWSOME but I already bought a procharger F1A a year ago. That kit I'd AWSOME but 14k is expensive
Harrop is Australia company and has been around a while
Are you looking at the Australian site? Even with the heavy duty drive option and heat exchanger, it's 11K. Still a lot of money but similar to a comparable Whipple.
@SN95Power harrop America. Every option comes out to 14k. 110mm tb ,ATI damper and crank trigger, 10 rib heavy duty belt set-up, heat exchanger, pump lines, 65mm pulley 10 rib, injectors, ect . When I looked the other day wth 1200cc injectors it came out to almost 15 k if you check ✔️ all the options
@@jplperformance9073 I see what I missed. The forward bias option is $1800. Not a good explanation of what that is but I'm guessing that's the TB setup. What do you think?
Although I would go with Bosch 220 injectors. My tuner has great success tuning them.
@SN95Power yeah it is the 110mm tb setup. Stock is a 90mm .it's the actual TB casting that bolts to the front of the blower. When I added EVERYTHING it was a couple bucks under 15k. I don't like that the 10rib setup you can only run a alternator, and WP. NO Powersteering or Air conditioning. I'll see if the price comes down but I already bought a procharger and if I decided to change I almost sure I would be getting a divorce so maybe on another project. I made my bed wth procharger F1A so 2650 is out of the question for me
@SN95Power love the channel BTW. My dad just bought a 94 5.0 auto convertible. I was thinking about a On3 or a Vortech or Powerdyne. I kno you had a bunch of issues with the turbo kit?? Your advice on adding some boost??
What ever they did to build that SBF motor costs WAY more than the Coyote swap and then you just bolt on a modern SC and you get all the benefits of weight reduction of the SN-95 platform and the power of the S-550.
That is insanely dope on a small block Ford motor, cause I have a 3.8 small block for now

So glad they're still developing tech for the old pushrod engines. Oh snap, you mentioned Woody, he built my engine, he lives 15mins away from me. My tuner was like don't be too excited about power on this engine, when it made the power it made he was like, "Oh... Woody built this... Yup, it's a monster..."
Signing up on Woody's sbf building site was the best investment I put into my build. He was there to help with every question that I had. Your build sounds awesome. That supercharger would rock

Also I gotta give you props for being honest on the details of the unit cause I feel a lot of youtubers downplay the reality of price per performance dollar.
You hurt my feelings when you stated the price. Before you spoke i was like, man, a new SC for the sbf! Prob about 3-4g'$. I can swing that! WRONG 7-9g'$? Then you stepped on my feelings when you said no Windsor option. Dang...I love sbf with all the modern goodies on a stroker block.

I have an early production 96 that was manufactured in 95 and the only 5.0 swap I want to do after putting the 4.6 through it paces is the SBF 5.0 from an explorer
Gt40 heads and a gt40 style intake, good foundation
@@SN95Power Heard that, thanks!
They're getting harder to find sadly
If you have a 4.6 I would do a 5.4 4v swap. It ain't that much heavier than the 4.6 and it sounds insane and has killer torque. They even make coyote intakes to use on them now. You could make some good power with stock heads, cams headers and a coyote manifold. If you did forged internals with 12:1 compression like newer coyotes it'll make coyote like power with alot better torque. It will also chop the house down on sound without a ghost cam tune. Cams will chop like old school cars...they sound sick. I'd rather forged the 4.6 2v than go to a 5.0 Windsor. Just because it's larger don't mean it's better. The stock 4.6 block is way stronger than a factory 302 block.
What's crazy to me is its almost reverse of what it was from 20 yrs ago with pricing of supercharger vs turbo setup.
Huh, you just blew my mind with that. Great observation
Iv seen 306 stock block , crank rods forged 0.30 over piston s with vic Jr heads vortech chargerd making 650 hp going 9s for 3 yrs..
I need one for my 351w with Edelbrock RPM Cleveland heads, comp extreme energy 286 duration cam, and 9.4 compression ratio
That would be a great build
Yea whatever is right. lol I'm a Ford guy too. 💪😉👍
You 2 valve and 4 guys always had a lot of choices for superchargers
Me. I'm a 3 valve guy
I thought us 94-95 guys was the stepchild
800hp 302 is a ticking time bomb 351w be a different story . Stock block cant reach 363ci max stroke is 347ci . 363 is for aftermarket DART Blocks
I know it's a long video but I did say that to get into a 800+Rwhp build for the 8.2 deck, you would need a aftermarket block. You are correct, 363 is not achievable with a stock block. You can do a 363 on Ford Boss 302 block but you have to use a mahle piston with a short shirt or custom piston.
This is a game changer for SBF especially the 5.0's...main problem 302's have is the cam and the abysmal flowing cyl heads from factory, remedy that and get heads that flow 300+cfm at 500+lift then next obstacle is induction...too many guys wanting nice NA builds expecting big power from 70-75mm throttle body's...richard holdener showed that a BIG throttle body on roots blower cars will actually reduce intake air temps by a decent amount, remedy that then the block is the issue once you go forced induction due to the ancient computers not being able to handle things as precise as a modern standalone, plus may as well get a stronger block...remedy all that plus built internals and you have a legitimate coyote contender if you can turn the rpms...slap this tvs 2650 on there and now we're talking...ill be honest i was planning on buying a 3rd or 4th gen camaro this year to change things up but now i gotta find a sn95 or a 1987 1988 thunderbird to do this build with lol
I was too young to appreciate Richard Holdener when he was writing for magazines. I really enjoyed his channel and seeing his work over the years.
Buying a Sn95 will be cheaper than a Foxbody to build.
At the crank
Yes
I think it justified an LS swap with new t56.
For the 1/4 of the price , a stock bottom end 5.3 on 25 pounds on e85 tuned with Holley efi will put a spanking on that small block ford junk ,
Just bought a 1994 with 111.085 on it original spark plugs and wires only thing is a ford install cold air the high dollar one , car has not 1 dent i might look into this
Definitely considering the 9.5 kit
Already running forged donk
The 9.5 kit is going to be killer. No need to spend $3k on aftermarket block. Just forge that 9.5 and send it to the moon.
Seems like a good idea if you want a supercharged 351w, I'd bet you could get just as much power out of a turbo setup or twin turbo?
9.5 deck with this setup is going to killer
Yah I wish they would get that supercharger out for the Windsor and Cleveland head combo.
It's under development I hear
I had a 2004 Mustang GT 4.6 that I had completely rebuilt at a performance shop with some of the best parts money can buy. 12k for the motor with another 6300 for procharger setup. Then you have to change your trans to hold the power. Not to mention better gear tunes exhaust etc.... I ended up spending 25k easy and kept having to spend. That was just to get 550 hp out of a 4.6 281. If I had it to do all over again. I would took the money and bought me a Cobra and started beefing up that platform. I could of made a lot more power and been a whole lot more reliable.
03-04 Cobra is the better stock engine but IMO, I'll rather build it how I want it. I'm sure your built 2v bottom end was better than the stock 03-04 Cobra short block.
If you spent that much to make 550 wheel you did it totally wrong. You prob bought too small of a blower meant for a stock engine and/or you were running on crap 91 octane or something. That is user error don't blame the older engine because you didn't put the build together right.
I could do boss rods and forged pistons and easily make 600+ with a stock crank 2v. Sounds like you spent a ton of money in the wrong places and didn't mod it right. Your build isn't indicative of what to expect from a built mod motor...not even close.
That would be like building a terminator engine with top notch parts meant to make way over 1000 hp and then running the stock Eaton blower and whining that it only made 550 lol. Similar idea.
I'm in cali with an 09 3v and I spent 8kish for a edelbrock supercharger on lowest boost to put down 380 hp 360 torque. So I can see it.
Local guy has same setup but he has a automatic. Car pulls good and Moe runs mid 11's
Is that a intake is. Crazy
Fox body with 7.3 and while you're at it, put one in a vic also. Fords up until recently have been neglected compared to gm guys! Maybe its just pushrod vs mod motor differences?
Really, I don't mind paying 3k for the block because look at the coyote car prices, I just sold my gen1 for 20k cash, so now that's my SBF starting fund. I am waiting for this car market crash to really get going. I am just saying if you buy a coyote straight up for a nice gen3 GT probably 35k, that is where I am at thinking about my fox/SBF investment, 35k. I am in research stage right now. I am wondering about 12.1 compression, E85 conversion, 8,000RPM. The engine noises I feel would be ecstasy with correct exhaust setup. Anyways, I enjoy your channel and you were one of the folks that kicked the cobwebs in my head up to understand coyote isn't the only ford out there.
Appreciate your support and that 12:1 motor is going to sound wicked. I like coyote builds for anything over 600rwhp.
U can even termi swap it
This is the first time I have heard of the supercharger. I am very interested in buying one and slapping it on My stock block 347. With the proper tune I’m very curious to see how fast I can go.
It's really going to put down some surprising ET's. Can't wait to see
That engine would be crow cam the heads would not be china heads there Higgins heads made in Australia Higgins also made the c3 clevor head for the Windsor if you want more info on the heads ryne martin did a tour video at Higgins when in Australia 🇦🇺 and he has been bringing there heads to the USA from Australia
Dandy Engines build all the test engines for horrop and use fueltec
Appreciate the information. I looked at Higgins website and couldn't find information regarding Windsor heads. Do you have any more details about the heads on the motor?
@@SN95Power c3 is the Cleveland head that can go on the windsor
Yes dear God, once one of these Americans get something in their head. And they think it's true. They don't bother checking on. Any fact. They don't bother picking up the phone and just calling dandy engines. They don't bother doing any fact checking at all. They just go maga raw ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra.... Unbelievable that somebody would actually go on to CZcams, make a video and spew so much nonsense
Higgins headed SBF engines can make 1000 horsepower naturally aspirated...
Need one for the older lt1 camaro guys that fits under the hood
They support a lot of GM platforms
I justvlooked on ther site I run my 351W just a better base vs 302 and they show a 9.5 351w is in the works but its 10k
It's a expensive option
A forged dart block motor can handle more power than a stock bottom end gen 2 or 3 coyote. They can do 800 pretty reliably people say 1000 and its been done but i dont consider them "reliable" at that power on stock bottom end. A forged dart small block can go beyond 1000 wheel with ease. So it might cost more but it has more ultimate capability and a 363 is gonna make way more torque.
My friend and I was just having this conversation. Good points
Harrop
Hair- Opp
what about driveability....but it does sound impressive!
Would definitely have to think before you smash the gas peddle
Just looked, Harrop has the kit for 10.2K 😂
AUS currency, $6,999 USD. Although after you add all the bells and whistles it cost the same price as a Gen5 Whipple
Owell hell we can all afford to get one and a spare 🙄.
@@Marty-RR ball out and get two spares 😂
@@Marty-RR 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
Dart block because a 5.0 will split the block around 500hp
A stock block windsor with a Cleveland topend kit and a good rotating assembly will make that with no power adder. That whole combo with the blower is easily 20k or better
When you say stock block, you're saying not filled or stock bore and stroke?
@@SN95Power a .30 over unfilled 351 block will take that type of power. It’s all in the tuning. Simple things like have a stud girdle help also. The technology now is not what it was 20 years ago. You should check out Richard holdener. He got a stock bore stock stroke 351 out of the junkyard added some ring gap put a top end kit on it added a cam added a turbo and it made 1000hp. That was on the stock rotating assembly. That was about three years ago.
@@18wheelzofsteel53 I've seen a couple of his boosted junkyard 351 builds. Plenty of people pushing 9.5 decks over 800rwhp. Purpose for this video is showing that a company has developed a roots blower for a 8.2 deck. Until now, there was no intercooler roots blower on the market for sbf. This is definitely not the most cost effective way to get 4 digit hp from a sbf. I mentioned this in the video but I'm still happy that a company has invested into a motor platform that I love. Thanks for your engagement
@@SN95Power no doubt. I ran across your channel after a friend sent it to me tonight. Great content
@@SN95Power id say a turbo will be easier on us 8.2 deck guys but id have steel caps on the middle 3 that normally snap and a valley pan attached to the front and rear china rails. Ben Alemda talks about this on his channel
you wanna talk about a guy who knows how to make power and has been running quick since the 80s and 90s with foxes, hes the man when it comes to making stock block SBfs live at higher HP levels
Well I know what my 351w F250 is getting next Xmas
You trying to tow a space shuttle across the county with that bad boy💪
@@SN95Power I’ve got a semi to do that, I’ve just always wanted a blower on my SBF
@@malinus3023 I would love a f250 with this supercharger to pull my Mustang. My little Ford Explorer struggles in the mountains.
If I could pull at 7000+ NA I wouldn't even be thinking about a blower on top of that!
My motor is lazy with 6100 shifts lol
