Hi tom lol and to answer your question, the captain EO outfit couldn't be used well, because Disney owns the rights to captain EO and if Ubisoft put the outfit in the game then they would probably have to pay Disney a heavy price to use it and Ubisoft already had to pay a heavy price to Michaels estate to use Michaels songs, so to sum it up, it most likely had to do with Ubisofts budget. But I have to agree that they should have used the Captain EO costume
