@@sunnyf3lix591 I think it's grammatical term about how you produce sounds. Since my English ability is basic, I can't explain it.
I wasn't planning to study Korean tonight; just wanted to wind down and go to bed. but guess what? I am learning Korean now! Something about your voice makes me want to learn. Thanks Miss Vicky. 고마워요

@@KoreanwithMissVicky thank you for all your hard work
@@KoreanwithMissVicky unnie , thanks a lot for your hard work, I'm sincerely trying to learn the language but I don't have much guidance about how to , so I'm doing it by watching a lot your and other videos and also some free pdf books , I am practicing both vocabulary and grammar side by side and I wanna learn to be fluent real quick also I don't have any body to speak it to because I live in India and if I ask my parents to pay for the courses they might discourage me so do you have any tips for me maybe a little guidance to it????? Please reply ☺️☺️☺️☺️
I couldn't agree more. Miss Vicky has very soothing voice :) For some reason it's both calming and encouraging.
Whoops-
You caught me. I'm doing the same thing

OMG... this is the best guide EVER! I have been studying Korean since the quarantine began and .... after the alphabet I just jumped around. With this: I already know what videos to watch so I can string up together what I have learned. 선생님 감사합니다!
hey, do you still learn? :)
Update pls!
Yes same here..she great in breaking the sentence structure. Very helpful…

Bestie queen update!!
I just wanna tell you, your video is 100X better than most of the other videos about korean lesson for beginner, im crying because i finally see hopes for my korean learning process.
2 years ago... Are you fluent now?
I agree 100% with you. This explanation helped me more than any other!

I can't stress enough how much I love how you teach and explain things, Miss Vicky. It makes everything a lot easier to understand.
That's true! I feel like I'm in an actual class😅
For Indians who are studying korean i think it's kinda same with sentence making order because we do have same order S+O+V. And it's making me little bit easier to understand. 고맙습니다 선생님.진짜 고마워요.
I am also Indian and I noticed the same thing also in Hindi we have a word for each sound so to remember the sound which I might not get in Romanisation, I do it in Hindi
@@khushi8464 yes same
j
Yes I agree with you Indians have the same order of sentences making
In malayalam,.. we use both orders i.e S+O+V and S+V+O😄.. so its easy... And now i noticed its same in hindi too☺️
It's almost 1am, I thought of Watching some videos and sleeping after. Now that this video started playing I want to complete it and sleep. The explanation by her is the best. She not only teaches Korean but Explains everything a student might have a doubt at. Thank You for the lesson.
**Edit - I am finished with the video. Learnt something before going to bed.
same, good night
gosh am back here after 2 years, you were the light in my life that helped me learn hangul overnight and i never forgot any of it even though i hadnt seriously started Korean then,
thank you so much, these days iv been learning seriously and am back here
I’m a visual learner. It helps me to see what’s going on because you’re writing while teaching. I’m glad YT suggested your channel! 💕
literally after 3days I will end my exam finally😫and then I will learn with focus korean.......thank you miss Vicky for your efforts🔝✌❤💜
I'm genuinely astonished how she put in the thoughts and efforts to allign Korean to English by every aspect in detail, which is seemingly impossible to some extent considering the fundamental differences between the two languages.
On top of the fact she knows the two languages extremly, the presenting skill is of the next level.
After checking out some Korean tourtorials by different teachers, all so amazingly well put!! Korean ppl know their language!!
However, if I were only to name one, this is it. THE BEST goes to you Miss Vicky.
Thank's a lot Miss Vicky, You are making the Korean language easier than we think
Learning Korean is not that hard that people think. It's extremely easy and I'm really happy about it. (:
Are you fluent now?
English not being my first language is helpful to learn 한글....thankyou miss vicky 💜
It helps me sooo much that the basic word order for Korean is the EXACT same as in Japanese! I started learning Japanese first and the word order came so easily, and after this video I feel so much better that Korean's grammar is very similar to Japanese
Her voice, her straightforward words is what makes me very comfortable to learn.
My first language is Korean, but for the past 2 years I have been studying English. Although, this video helped me so much because my grammar in both English and Korean need lots of work. I recommend this channel as an easy but helpful way to learn Korean! Thank you Miss Vicky! ^^
I can't thank you enough for this! It's the exact thing I was looking for and it was really really helpful, thank you so much Vicky!!!
You explain things so well and in detail to where it makes so much sense to me. You’re one of the best korean teachers on here!
Thank you so much Vicky!!! I have already seen all of your other videos and they have been very helpful!감사합니다 선생님!
ive been watching your videos for around 5 days and i learnt so much! Thank you Miss Vicky!
I so so needed this!! I was beginning to get lost on how many ways there are to end a sentence and this really guides the way for me. Thank you so much Miss Vicky ❤
I love how clear and easy to understand your videos are! I’ve been learning Korean for about 8 months and sentence structure is something I’m having a tough time with but your video made it easy to understand and follow. Thank you so, so much!
Miss Vicky - You are the most amazing teacher ever!! Thank you for listing major rules like this. I had been searching and searching and was very overwhelmed as I am visual person and I wanted a structure that I can track. This video helped me correct my understanding that I got from watching dramas and answer my questions!! You ROCK!!
For next one can you explain how to build complex/compound sentence in korean. It get me confused a lot where to put subj, verb, etc. Thanks a lot. You're the best!
I am so happy that I found your channel a few months ago! This video is so helpful and what I needed! (I always go to your videos when I don’t understand.) I knew the basic structure of how Korean sentence was suppose to be (S+V or S+O+V) but everything else like the adverb, adjective, etc. I was confused and felt slightly frustrated. I feel so much better after watching this video and taking notes. Everything is starting to click and make sense. Thank you so much! ♥️
OMG!! This was the piece that I've been missing while learning Korean! This video cleared up so many things that I was confused about specifically particles, endings, adverbs and conjunctions. It is really going to help me understand and follow along with what I'm using to learn Korean. Thank you so much Miss Vicky! 💜
This was SO helpful and well explained, I learned so much with this one video. I liked the simple notes. Thank you!!!
Wow 😮 I love how you teach korean because you’re not only teaching 한글 but also refreshes my knowledge on how to make a sentence order in English . 대박 👏
You are an amazing teacher! I love how you speak with your hands and how you use them to better make your point. It really stays in my memory. Thank you very much Miss Vicky for all your efforts and your hard work in putting all material together for us to learn. : )
Thank you for organizing your lessons, and for adding time stamps on this video!
I was searching apps and channels for learning korean and thank God I was just watching shorts and I found this video. THANKS YOU VERY MUCH FOR TEACHING US
Miss Vicky thank you so much, i'm learning Korean during this quarantine and your videos have helped me alot 😊💜
고맙습니다 😃
Your such a great teacher, giving explanations in a way everybody can easily understand. 🤗 This is pretty useful video for me, because it summarizes and clarifies all the things i've been learning till now.
This is so incredibly helpful. I can't tell you how useful this is for me, even though it's just a simple list of "basics to know before you really start learning". I've been trying to learn Korean on my own for some time and I have some knowledge about the vocabulary, but I seriously lack at grammar and I don't know how to put the words together in a sentence. I like how you just simply go for it "This is this. You put it in a sentence like this. It means this." A few examples and that's it, end of story. No useless chitchat or fillers, just the things that matter. And I really appreciate it. I'll keep going. Thank you for making these videos and I'll see you at the next one.
Probably one of the best descriptions of adverbial phrases I've seen. 감사합니다
I've been watching many videos that teaches korean and your channel is one of them...i really appreciate how you explain all of it...갑사함니다 언니♥♥♥God Bless btw i even downloaded your videos...i played it before i sleep..
Your videos are always so meticulous and easy to follow, especially for those who are just starting to learn Korean!!! 👍🏼 선생님 비디오들은 항상 너무 꼼꼼하게 잘 가르쳐 주시는 것 같아요! 특히 매번 초급 학습자들이 알아야 하는 기본적인 것들을 정말 찬찬히 잘 짚어 주신다는 생각을 해요! 오늘도 잘 보고 갑니다! 😍
I have searched and watched many youtube videos and THIS IS THE BEST.Thank you very much for taking the time to explain in details.
This is quite possibly the best, easiest, most understandable explanation I have heard to date! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this video. I am a firm believer that you have expertise on how to teach this basic Korean grammar concept to people who may be struggling to figure it out. Many thanks to you for helping those of us who have not been able to figure it out.
This is so helpful content for me, Im so thankful for these. You are such a good teacher,,,I hope you have a good day of your daily life.... I will never forget you and wish me luck please,,, THANK YOU
I’ve been spending about 2 to 3 hours a night taking your lessons to learn Korean and it’s so fun and you explain things so well. 감사합니다~!
Can u speak korean now?
Wow this was actually really helpful! You gave good examples, and just went straight to the point, without adding fluff. Thanks!
I don't know how to express how much grateful I am. Thank you for this. You explained in a simple way (it's looks so easy now) that I don't feel stuck anymore.
end for today's class, had fun learning this. I finished the other vids dedicated for each of these 7 basics from you vid so I understood pretty much of it, thank you Miss :P
tysmmmm 😭 I've been studying Korean for only around 5 days but I'm getting it pretty well! Your one of the teachers I watch on CZcams and you really help. Self-studying can be hard since I'm taking no classes and using the internet, but at this point Idc you're so helpful.
Any updates? How's your progress going? 'd love to hear :D
Very helpful. Thanks 빅키샘. I like to go over these older classes because there are always details that sink in better when already knowing something, but making it more natural. Love your classes!
BEST TEACHER EVER! I Easily understood everything you said! THANK YOU! 감사함니다! 거맙습니다!
YAY!!!! THANK YOUU!!
I’ve been exposed to a lot of the Korean language and I’m blown away at how you outlined everything I’ve realised the language tends to do so perfectly. This video is so helpful. Wow. Thank you 💕
omg AMIII 💜💜 are you still studying?
I can’t believe how easy you made this. Thank you.
Bless you for making this video! Super helpful. I started listening while driving home and will be rewatching at home. I love grammar and had completed my alphabet, so this is right where I need to be. 고맙습니다💕
i wish my physics teacher use the same methods
you are an amazing teacher........i mean i have literally tried learning korean from so many other teachers...but none of them seemed to work out for me.....thank you so so so much for these lessons....i am so grateful to you......saranghae😘

Wooow, amazing sentence analysis for beginners Korean learners! Your work really worth it. Thank you so much!
A million thanks to you Teacher. You are the best.
Your explanation is smooth like butter. Super easy to understand.
as someone who studies japanese it's fascinating to see the similarities in grammar structure for japanese and korean which will hopefully make me understand korean too. but personally i find japanese way easier to learn
miss vicky! your explanation is always easy to understand and organized. do you consider opening 1:1 class?
Thank you for all your hard work, Vicky! Your lessons help me tremendously. You're the best!
Thank you so much for making this video! You've done a great job explaining so much in one concise video, and it gives me a great jumping off point to continue my studies.
At this point I don’t even know English anymore because I don’t even know basic English structure even though IVE ONLY SPOKE ENGLISH MY WHOLE LIFE
same i thought the to be thing only applies in spanish
I think korean grammar is easier to understand for people that don't have English as their first language, my first language is french and we do have a Base form too for the verbs, that changes according to the tenses and the person, also the grammar SOV is basically the same as the French sign language! :) And we do have a formal and informal speech too although it's less "strict" than in Korean
Actually, tenses aren't that important in Korean language compared to euroepean languages.
hmm i am a native german speaker and studied french in school. I agree with the tenses but most stuff is still complicated imo, since german and french are still latin based.
German is not latin based😮 like at all not even the same linguistic branch . Latin languages are French Spanish Italian Portuguese and Romanian I think and I speak the first four just fine because it was easy to pick the others if you know one since most words have same or similar root/spelling except for endings. I can't speak German at all pronunciation tongue placement are very different .
French grammar is hard a little bit
2 years later, your video is still teaching! Thank you! You are the Best teacher i've had so far!!
Omg tysm!! You're a life saver I have an exam tmr and I don't why I I'd do without you!!❤️
Omggggggg i love you T-T
11:14 would you please make a video about this in the future?😅🖤
i have been wanting to learn korean pretty seriously recently so this video will help so much with my learning (i already knew some rules about grammar, but this still helps sm)! thank u so much for this helpful video for korean learners 💝
Thank you so much. This is a refresher class for me as I've learnt korean during my uni time last 10 years ago. So easy to understand. Thanks sem!
My dyslexic brain is fried, I find degree level accounting easier. Still going to push through
23:43 but then when we fusion hajiman with work it's not "polite" anymore because there is no 요 at the end ? IDK I'm lost 😭😭
The second part of the sentence has the 요 which still makes it polite.
Its only at the end of a sentence
This is amazingly put. I am really happy to have found you. I tried learning in an institution but due to Covid - 19 the classes were suspended initially. And now although they have started online classes, but it very difficult to really clarify yourself through that platform. Your videos are helping me a lot to clarify some confusion I have about the basics of the language. Thank you immensely ! I am a proud subscriber now !!
You have a comprehensive way of teaching Korean. I love it❤❤❤
Teacher, I have a question... my Korean friends always call me like that: 혜원아 what is this 아 for? Idk why but it sounds so cute for me hahaha 💖
Haha yes 아 or 야 is put after a first name when calling someone. I hope this video helps you understand how Korean names work! Here you go : czcams.com/video/SbBtQjiv4vM/video.html
@@KoreanwithMissVicky 선생님 정말 감사합니다!!!! ❤😍 저는 이 비디오를 볼 것입니다!! 💖💖
I was seriously into the lesson until you said "Bangtan Sonyeondan". Anyway this video super helpful. Thank you very much. 😊💜✨
i've been actively learning korean for a couple of months but nothing has helped me as much as this study guide! 선생님 감사합니다!
I’ve learnt more watching your videos than I have studying numerous courses online. I think I’ve discovered that I’m more of a visual learner, I just can’t read paragraphs and make it stick but your videos make so much sense! TY!
Thanks for this video. I have been studying for a few months now, but this review of the basics really helps.
You're a life saver. Neatly put everything that I wanted to know now in a very dynamic and fun video. Ty!!
This is so very helpful. I take an online class but they don't go in depth with these explanations and this really helps me understand the "why".
Your method of teaching is really very easy to absorb and comprehend. You explain everything in detail and in ways that even the hardest learners could understand. Thank you.
Your explanation is very easy to understand, 정말 감사합니다!!! ㅠㅠ
Thank you for a very informative lesson. Ive been having trouble with grammar for a very long time. This made it so easy.
You make learning Korean so easy! Thank you so much for these videos, it's really helpful for "self-learners". 😄
Comprehensive video. Highly recommend for sorting out the basics.
For the first time, i finally feel like i found and actuall educational resource and not a resource that just drops some usefull phrase.
Thanks A LOT ❤ it's not easy to teach this effectively. 🌾
You are the best Korean Teacher.... my Korean is really improving..... 감사합니다!
i’ve been watching this so many times and i’m kind of getting it (i’m kind of a slow learner so yea) thank u for this ^^
Your videos are real gifts! It helps me so much!
For me I jump around without meaning to. Whenever I hear something I don't know/haven't heard of yet I want to go learn it! You've helped me learn batchim and the alphabet and here you're helping me again! You're really an amazing teacher! I can't stop watching your videos they're so helpful for me. I'm not sure when I started learning Korean. But I know it hasn't been an entire year but close to! I can now read/write hangul, I can speak it somewhat fine, I know a good amount of words/phrase. Maybe even enough to get me by! Thank you so much!!
She's makes learning Korean so easy, even the things I knew before get in my head easily by how nicely she teaches Korean. Her explaination is ways very easy to understand. Thank u teacher Vicky.
the clearest explanation I watched so far, thank you :)
You are such a cool teacher! I am so happy that i found your channel!! thank you so much
Very helpful video! I really loved how you covered the topics briefly and gave an overall structure of the grammar. Thanks!
Your content shouldn't be free. Thank you for articulating the lesson so well❤️
Thank you, Miss Vicky for your hard work! Really appreciate it. 👍👍👍
Very well done, I've been looking for someone who can explain with simplicity. 😊
