PET label remover machine fuction:
* Remove the labels by friction and separate the labels & bottles pneumatically.
* Teeth type blades: Tungsten steel, copper welding.
* Label separate ratio: 85%-95%.
The Working Principle of label remover:
To remove the labels by friction between rotary knives and fixed knives. The design speed of this machine is constant, there is no need to change the speed, the operation is simple, only need to feed bottles to the equipment. There are many rotary blades on the main shaft, and there are many functional knives head on the blades to remove labels. The knives rub the label on the bottle down during the rotation, and then the labels will be sucked away by suction fan. The standard removal rate depends on the initial shape of the bottle. Compressed/flat bottles are approximately 90-95%, and round bottles are approximately 95-100%.
