No more renewal, as the Franchised has already ended. The move of the abs- cbn to apply for new one, not renewal. Who can tell the congress for their giving a provisional franchise renewal until Oct 31, 2020, is it legal?
Pending before congress ang application for renewal of franchise at dahil hindi nag action for hearing ang congress na expire ang franchise NG abs cbn, ngayon nasa congress ang responsibility bakit na expire ang franchise na hindi na hearing so dapat Nila aksyonan at magpasa NG decision either to renew or not to renew NG franchise abs cbn, unfair at injustices before our very eyes as Pilipino ang gusto mo I suggest just passing judgment on abs cbn based on accusation which are all allegations, unless iit is being heard, investigated by congress

Nagustuhan ko speech ni sir Cayetano dito, very impartial, totoo na under oath na nagsabi ang ntc na mag lalabas sila ng provisional authority para magcontnue ang abs cbn, and its also true na mali ang NTC na COD ang nilabas nila, but its also true na hindi alam ng NTC na hindi sila pedeng magbigay ng Provisional authority (at that time) sa ABS CBN kasi its against the Law, ang problema, from the time ng congress hearing na nagsabi ang NTC na magbbgay sila ng Provisional Authority hangang before magbigay sila ng COD hindi nila ki-norrect sa kongresso ang statement nila under oath na hindi sila makakapagbigay ng Provisional Authority bagkus COD ang ibibigay nila.
Secondly, masyado minamadali ng ABS CBN ang franchise renewal, especially under crisis ang buong mundo for sure ang attention ng Kongreso sa Covid 19.
He even raised about the talents/ artist ng ABSCBN na mistulang nag uudyok ng mga fans ng ABSCBN para hikayatin ang Gobyerno/ Congress na paspasan ang kompanyang nagpapasahod sa kanila, they should have kept in mind na social influencers sila na may libo libong fans/ audience na pwedeng maimpluwensyahan ng personal opinions nila, that is why they should have been more responsible with their every words
In my personal opinion, tama si Sir Cayetano na ang lahat ng bagay ay may DUE PROCESS IN ITS DUE TIME.
Ang sinasabi ng mga tao na follow the Law mahirap man o mayaman means na ABS CBN should wait for the Due process to run its supposed course at antayin ang proceedings ng Congress, same with the NTC to be more knowledgeable sa Law para sana naiwasan ito.

@Melba Riley, There's no law being bent here. It's the congress's job to do what they just did, grant an extension to a franchise. This falls under their duties and obligations as they have the power to approve/ disapprove a franchise. You can drag that to the supreme court, and their decision will stand. I know that this is a very polarizing issue and it seemed to bring the worst in most, but just the same, let's take a pause before we post.
