This start up fail is the most destructive fails in all of AECF and I saw that startup fails have a 35% chance to trigger
25% Core instantly explodes and it’s not survivable
50% Slower time explosion must shut down proton blaster to survive
75% 80% chance of restablization 20% chance for a black hole
100% Core is normal with no startup fails
