Installed for my son. We've both played a good bit now. Only this season, lvl 155. Never played zero build but never built a damn thing. 😂 Don't even know how. Just get pissed off when I shoot someone and they build. 😂

@@outofthetrash5925 you need 3 types of buildings to beat these guys. (You don't have to edit) 1: do 90s
2: learn how to place floor not to get fall damage when jumping off a mountain etc.
3: learn to box up yourself to not get hit by others

make sure you only do this if you can get out really quickly too because most of the time they'll take the cone
Sounds like u play high ping, or higher than your opponents. try playing safer so them taking your cone isn't a problem

@@Kailo43very shit opinion, plus some zero builds players have thousands of dollars earnt so they can be better than builds players and building is not the best part of Fortnite CLEARLY as lots of people play zero builds. Building is just the hardest mechanic to master but most good builds players have already mastered it anyway. Yes, this is coming from someone in unreal rank who does play builds btw so I'm not trash plus I got earnings

I do it with a ramp instead of a cone and it's just as good but a bit better because you are as protective but can see more. You need to edit the stair into a half but you flip it to. Try it. Love your videos.

I've been doing that edit practically since I started playing fortnight. You can also pickaxe the wall like that while having the best possible protection in the current position.
I have no Idea why nobody ever uses it against me or even know you can edit cones like that.
This is the best example of how fortnite wanted you to play and not build 5 star hotel
can you make a short on fazing into someones box every time - edit the cone to one tile and crouch walk into the corner of the cone while spraying the floor below you and you will get in every time - asking for the 1st time
i actually use this but i use it to dodge right-hand peaks - like say they make a peanut butter edit in the top left, i will edit my cone for 3 tiles so that it blocks his entire right hand and i can replace the wall in the bottom corner where he cant see me and he doesn't have enough time to replace.
Haha that was one of my first cool kind of peek shots when i first learned edits, but i literally only use to do it because i thought confirming that extra 3rd tile to convert the ramp edit made it look flashy. Sleeping on this move lately..use to counter enemy windows with it and also doing this edit then confirming a window edit can suprise your enemy if they are on the otherside and havent already taken your wall.. also did this edit in metal to cover myself on low ground and had my enemy walk on top of the edit to find me and full box him ( or her )from underneath, one of my wierdest plays to be honest though and was really in moment as my enemy was hungry for the W 😂

its best used to block peanutbutters ive been doing it since og season basically its ver useful for getting the wall from 1 tile away

Although If you do use an Optic on a shotgun, you might be able to alleviate the Left hand peaking. But that's just My idea, idk if it would work well.
I miss when it was just spam RT until they died or you did
I usually do this with the top left tile and stay on the back edge of the box, if the guy edits I edit the cone to protect myself and if he attempts to destroy it I backoff and reset the wall on the back of the box

All of this “right hand peak” advantage nonsense can be fixed if epic just allowed to switch from left and right over the shoulder aiming on the fly
What I do is I have a stair in my box and I edit the top left down to the bottom left if I’m facing the wall then I sit behind that and if that don’t work I can do the phase glitch if I have a health advantage

He said you can do it on the other side but you won’t get that good of a right hand peak you won’t get any right hand peak it will be a left hand peak
