I always wondered why they didn't put Gaston in the Beauty and the Beast world of Kingdom Hearts 2. They could have used his lust for Belle as bait for the heartless and have them take over his soul the way they did with Clayton in the Tarzan world in KH1 when he use the heartless to capture the gorillas.

I love how Belle gets the confidence to do that from Beast choosing correctly, so Belle ensures that he gets both herself and the rose.
...also entertaining that even the soundtrack itself seems surprised by Belle defying the Damsel in Distress thing and fades out until the boss music plays a bit later.

The main reason why Beast’s Castle is the best world. Simply, so far, it is the only Disney world that has a full fight against an organization member and no world has topped that since.
Yes, members visit the worlds, but you don’t fight them till their end (which is why I don’t count Demyx’s mini boss fight in the Underworld).
Plus, Belle gave him the good elbow he deserved! 🤣

It's kinda weird seeing Belle and the Beast dancing in their regular outfits at the end of the level instead of their ballroom ones. It sure is a shame that Jerry Orbach died before he could voice Lumiere again for this game like the rest of the cast, but Jeff Bennett does do a good impression.
I think it suits them just as well look they look just great in both ways both ball clothing and regular clothing because Princess Belle and Prince Adam are just perfect looking for each other the whole way indeed!

You know why I remember this level more than any other disney level? Because the disney characters have a deeper connection to the Organization here than in any other level. Yes, Woody shutting down Young Xehanort in 3 was great, and nothing will top Yeetus Vanitas in the Monster's inc world, but this is the first time Ive seen the organization try to play mind games with the Disney characters directly.
