Yo thanks for making these vids, my RS640 lc4 broke down two days ago and today I'll be taking a look what it could be. It made one of the scariest noises I've heard in a while so I think It's going to be expensive lol.

@@BraapSupport I think I have found the culprit, the intake roller seems to have failed and the camshaft has some light scratches. Here re the pictures, what do you think may have caused this?

Was ist das denn für ein dichtsatz ? Muss man sich das selber raussuchen oder gibt es den dichtsatz komplett ?
brauch ich für die dichtung der beiden motorhälften unbedingt fett? und wenn ja, ist es ein spezielles?

Moin du meintest der atena dichtsatz ist nicht so geil aber bei ktm gibt's für meine 625 sc keinen dichtsatz mehr was würdest du mir empfehlen?
Anstelle der roten Motagepaste hat mir ein Werkstattmeister mal "Visko stabil " von Liquid Moly empfohlen, um die schmierung in den ersten paar minuten des ersten Laufes aufrecht zu erhalten.

Ich halt von der Pisse leider nichts, hab ich auch im Regal stehen...
Als additiv ist das auch echt müll, bis jetzt hab ich auch nur mit alten Dieseln gemacht, da hat das gut funktioniert zum ölpumpe füllen und lagerschalen und wellen einsetzen.
Die Montagepaste kannte ich nur bis jetzt noch nicht
Welche „Schmatze“ nutzt du zum schmieren? Und für die Dichtungen?👊🏾

What year and model is that engine? I have a serious question about "getriebe lager" , in Your video 4min:35sec a can see that countershaft left bearing is much larger than my 640 model have! Is the engine cases machined out to fit larger bearing or just different engine ? Mine is 1998 640 Adv!
this is 660 lc4 Engine and has Zylinderroller Bearing

Hello,i have a problem with my kickstarter (does not touch the rubber bump stop) the gap is ~1-1,5cm.Is it possible from the previous owner not to be installed correctly? I have tried different thing like,moving the rubber bump stopper....repositioned the kick lever from the spindell,but if i move it one tooth ahead,it will touch the clucth cover. My question....can i adjust the tension( possition)by removing the screw from the back of the engine cases? Thank you
Yes you can adjust the tension, but its hard to explain. The inner from the spring is adjustable, you can turn it to set the rate up

Nur leider habe ich da das "kleine" Problem, dass sich die Abtriebswelle immer schwerer drehen lässt, fester ich die Schrauben anziehe (max. 10Nm)... Richtig zusammengesetzt ist die Welle eigentlich

I had the same problem. You probably made the same mistake as me by putting a wrong sized O-ring on the output shaft

Beim KTM Powershop gibt es keine kompletten dichtsätze mehr. Woher beziehst du diese?

Buongiorno, praticamente hai sostituito il cuscinetto a doppia fila di rulli , dell' albero secondario del cambio , con un cuscinetto a rulli più grande? Bene è quello che ho intenzione di fare sul mio 625 sxc, mi daresti il codice cuscinetto?
È lo stesso che monta il motore lc4 660?
