I had a Lasagna Love lasagna delivered today! Here in Minnesota. The gals made a low salt vegetarian lasagna for my family. I’m on a special diet and have some major health issue right now. It was beyond an amazing blessing to me! So awesome that you volunteer for that ministry.

Lol !!! The thumbnail used on the front of this resembles my freezer from back in the day when there was zero room to store anything!!! This was before I started saving the TV dinner trays and making cooked freezer meals of say meat loaf mashed potatoes and gravy and canned peas or green beans! Or turkey and fixings left over from Thanksgiving! My MIL thought I was pretty smart!

If you have really ripe bananas you can start with a layer of Graham crackers then sliced bananas or nilla wafers with bananas alternating until you end with the cookie layer. Refrigerate until the cookies are soft (overnight is best). Simple economical breakfast or dessert.

Great videoJen. I only buy what I will use in a month. My reason is that I don’t have an extra freezer and we lose our power from time to time and it’s very expensive to keep throwing food away. I live in a condo so it’s not possible to have a generator so that is why I don’t have an extra freezer. If I can sell and buy a single family home, I will have a whole house generator and an extra freezer. Love your videos, thanks Jen.

Jen I just love ya. I have made that pudding the exact same way lol 😂. It’s funny actually I had never heard of it before until I met my 2nd husband. He was from down south Kansas City, anyways he asked me to pick up some stuff from the grocery store and when I saw the vanilla wafers I asked what he wanted them for. This is the funny part he said well I was wondering if you could make banana pudding? I said sure I will find some pudding but you don’t need these wafers or whipping cream lol 😂. He said you need them for the pudding and again I said no you don’t. He looks at me real serious and said hun have you ever had banana pudding, I said yes but not with cookies lol well he started laughing his head off. I am standing there not impressed at this point and said fine I will pick up what you need and YOU can make it lol. Anyways he did and it was good but my son wasn’t impressed lol he was 6 and he wasn’t a big junk food person which was great, he would have cookies or some cake but that’s it. I had never seen or heard of this dessert before so seeing you make it, the memories of that came back. He is my ex now lol 😂 and has been since 2003 don’t know why I added that but anyways lol 😂.
