Thank you for all the questions; I am so sorry that I did not reply to you all but hopefully Alexandria's video interview will help esp how to decide whether to take the exam or not. I have linked a lot of helpful resources in that video description too! “Actionable Advice & tips for your ESG career | Ft. Alexandria Fisher" czcams.com/video/N_0YaioUW3U/video.html

Thanks for the video. Would you recommend this course for Internal Auditors or would you suggest the SCR course by GARP? Thanks.
Can you do a compare between GARP SCR and CFA ESG curriculum
Thank you for the video. I'm currently preparing for the test. But I have difficulty finding the bullet point on each chapter. As mock test material is not enough, I have no idea which point I should focus on each chapter. Do you have any tips for this??
Hi new to your channel. Thanks for the video. I am currently working as an ESG analyst since last 1 year and my work resolves around doing secondary research and reporting ESG data for the client.
1)Want to know what kind of opportunities do one gets after completing CFA ESG course.
2)Is it possible to work as a Freelancer as ESG reporter/ consultant?
Thanks once again for bringing this video 🙂
Can you buy the books without registering for the exams?
Good study Tips.
Glad you think so!
I dont work in investment analysis or any such role. But I want to get a good base understanding of ESG and what it entail. Will this course give you a good general knowledge of ESG?
Great video Ali! Thanks for your insight. Is the content focused more on the understanding of ESG factors or the valuation of them (with manual calculations). I guess I would like to know how formula heavy the test is. Thanks!
My name is not Ali :) and no, not formula heavy at all or manual calculations. However, they can and will change the syllabus so I don't really know for when you do the exam. You will know when you book and get the study material.
Your video is very good
Thanks a lot

Sorry, I don't always answer but do follow these ESG experts and you will definitely learn more: ''The Top 50 ESG and Impact Investing Twitter Accounts To Follow in 2022'' - sustainfi.com/articles/impact/esg-twitter/
A couple I follow more closely are: @AlexandriaESG and @LizSimmie...Of course, see who you resonate with... and if you ask nicely, they may help :)

Good luck with your exam if you do take it.
Dear Cleona, I am a Safety Professional and my working is in HSE domain in a manufacturing firm.
I need to switch my career in ESG.
Would it be a good fit as I am a BSC in Physics with post grad diploma in industrial safety and disaster management?
If yes, please share a suitable certification in ESG which would help me out for a career switch.
Regards!
Hi Harsh, I would follow people in the ESG field on Twitter and Linkedin, interact with them, ask more questions and then decide. Sorry, I don't know how to advise you further but hopefully that helps.
Hello, thank you for the video. Any recommandations for a prep provider (brainie or Kaplan) ?
Ah, you are welcome. Not that I know of...sorry. I didn't need a prep provider, not sure you do.
I am a third year student with little experience or knowledge on investment decisions (I study Business management and International relations). I want to pursue a career in investment baking but i don't know if i have the qualifications to pass the exam, do you need a lot of prior knowledge on this area to pass the exam?
Nope. But not sure it will be the best thing at this stage for you. However, do some more research and decide for yourself what is best. Good luck!
How many questions out of 100 we need to answer correctly in order to qualify the exam ?
I think it was 65 % but check when you sit as CFA will update it on their website.
Which chapters carry more weight age in the exam?
Ask the CFA please.
Thanks for sharing your views, this video was very helpful. What are your views on FSA certificate offered by SASB?
Glad. Sorry, no idea. Try forums on Reddit maybe?
Would you share your notes ?
Afraid I haven’t kept them…:(
Hi
it is compulsory to clear all level (1,2 & 3) of CFA and after that you can opt for CFA ESG certification.
Nope
I am in India and i am an ESG analyst is it worth doing this course in India???
are you working as an esg analyst ?
@@Learners.in. yes
Is it too difficult to pass the exam?
Not if you prepare. Just go for it!… if you really want to:)
Amazing informative video Ali. May I ask, is the exam difficult for someone without a financial background? I have studied mechanical engineering and my masters is in sustainability?
Best
Dimitrios
Glad.
It's not really focused on the financials per se and no maths etc needed so might be a good fit.
