Everything looks soo aesthetic! *o* Conventions are definitely something unique! Haha I love Genshin, I've been playing since the game was out, maybe too much... but I can definitely recommend it!
I've been seeing a lot of artists' post about this con, it sure look like it was tons of fun! The loot is just amazing, so many talented people!! Just followed a few of them ^^
I would like to attend to this con as a vendor next year, and I hope you don't mind me asking you about it! But I was wondering how much merch to bring per design (or what do you think is recommended)? I have no experience with such a large convention even tho I've been doing artist alley as a side thing for a while now. I'm mostly doing buttons, prints, notebooks and tote bags. I'd value your advice if you have any! I hope you didn't mind me asking this. ^^
Not at all!^^ And that is so exciting, good luck with your table! It's super hard to say since I can't know how much people will buy obv! A general rule is that people go more for funny/meme/fanart products, especially for buttons and prints of their favorite character! So I would get more quantities of those kinds of products (maybe 50 each?) Then maybe 20 totes and notebooks? This also depends on how many different designs and products you have! If you only have a few, you need more of each! I have so many different designs that some only sold 3 times and others 30 times etc! But yeah, it's super individual! Maybe start by getting 50 of the popular and 25 of the less popular designs and experiment, you'll learn so much about what sells and what doesn't from going to a con like this!^^

so many talented artists at one place :) a dream come true :) btw how did you stuck your artprints to the wall? I keep buying frames but when I tried to stick just prints with washi tape it lasted like a couple of days and then it gave up and fell. Is it some double sided sticky tape? Thanks :)
I recommend masking tape, its a bit stronger than washis and hold them just fine without tearing the paper!
Yes I use washi tape!^^ (a more sticky one, my cottage core design haha) I make little rolls of the tape and use 4-6 per print!
@@soniastegemann1923 thanks :) I will try to get some which is more sticky :D the one I used was some cheap black one I found in a shop in mall, I didn't have a heart to use a washi tape of coffee bears I bought from your shop :D
